Our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo is the perfect place to relax and take it easy. The back patio has a fantastic view. It's 10 minutes or less away from most places in St. George, 50 minutes away from Zion National Park, and you're seconds away from staying in the best place for your vacation.
St. George has so many places to hike, mountain bike, golf, and enjoy the great outdoors. Included is access to 6 pools, one that has a double slide, hot tubs, splash pad, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, giant chess, and pool. (Outdoor pools are open from March to October. Indoor pool is open year round and is heated. Hot tubs are open year round. The perfect place to make memories.

Nice place.

The property is fine for a short stay. It could use some updates. There was no corkscrew. We had to go buy one. The bed was comfy and the views out back very nice.

My wife and I used this property & location for our trip to Zion National Park. The property is fine; everything works, king size bed is very comfortable and the location was quiet. We made breakfast and ate dinner there every evening, and while the BBQ grill was great, the kitchen could be better supplied with additional cooking pots/pans and new cutlery. We walked over to the indoor pool/hot tub area, which looked fantastic, but the one working hot tub was so filthy we did not get in. This certainly isn’t the property owners fault, but one of the things we look forward to after a full day of hiking. Overall, we would return, especially as competitive as our nightly rate was.

I grew up in northern Utah. I never really went to St. George growing up. It wasn't until I got married that I discovered how great St. George is. You see my husband owns a recreation vehicle dealership. We love to go ride. And when its cold and snowy up in northern Utah, we make our way down to St. George and enjoy the warm and sunny weather, were there are lots of fun places to ride!

Why they chose this property

Me and my husband thought that this would be a perfect place for us to come to and relax. It's a quiet, cozy place to get away from it all and unwind. It's 10 minuets or less away from any place in St. George and the view is spectacular!!

What makes this property unique

In the heat of the summer you have access to 6 pools to go and relax in! One of them has a double water slide. There is a splash pad and kiddie pool for the little ones and 4 hot tubs for the grown ups. The property is kept in tip top condition. There is plenty of parking and even parking for trailers.
