Super staff & location

The staff were amazing as was the location. Only downside was a large motorcycle group at the property that revved their engines all day and night. Our room was too close to the front of hotel and it was very annoying.

Nice place but there wasn’t much space to unpack clothes. I also like when there is a mirror in another room so two people can get ready at the same time!

The rooms were nothing what we expected. They are old. I was charged for parking two cars when I only had one. The staff was nice!

Anniversary Fort Lauderdale Getaway

Check in was smooth. We got to the room to discover that the ice machine on the hall didn't work, the safe was not working, the sheets didn't fit the bed, there was no lamp, the room in our pictures had a couch but there was only one chair, the refrigerator didn't work and the fan in the bathroom was broke. I went to the front desk and they kindly switched our room to a room that was closer to what we expected. They were very helpful. We didn't use the beach because it was very crowded and couldn't find chairs. We went elsewhere. The pool was very crowded and unkempt. The property was clean, and the staff was very helpful. We did go during spring break so the things I mentioned before about the pool and beach were expected. The valet service was fantastic. Car always there and the valets were very helpful and nice.
