About this property

Hortensia - piscine partagée - proche Europa Park

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging located at the ground floor with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room which is also the bedroom of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with jacuzzi bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 8 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room which is also the bedroom of 20 m² with TV, convertible sofa (1 place) and a king size bed with canopy (180×200).
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker... and a dining area.
- A bathroom with shower, jacuzzi bathtub and toilet.

Exterior:
- A shared swimming pool (heated) of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual).
- A large park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared.
- A private pergola of 2.5 ×2.5 m with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Hessenheim, in a very pleasant environment, away from the village in a bucolic setting on the edge of fields and forest. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Hortensia "The room is really beautiful, just as the pictures are shown. Convenient location to visit Strasbourg, Colmar, the nearby towns and even the Black Forest. The only pity is that the room is right next to the road which can be noisy at times. And if you’re visiting in the winter, it can be a bit chilly. But overall a very pleasant stay."

Hortensia Beautiful area and accommodations, we loved it. The only issue was the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning HVAC system. It didn't work, so humidity had to mitigated using open windows. This will be a real issue in colder months.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten. Sie ist ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, genauso wie das Bad. Hier ist neben der schön großen Dische auch die große Badewanne zu erwähnen. Das einzige was fehlt, war das angegebene W-Lan, was man aber verschmerzen kann, wenn man die Weihnachtsmärkte und Burgen besucht und nur wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt. Michèle ist eine nette Gastgeberin und wir können Sie nur empfehlen.

Tout comme les autres commentaires, la route est brouillante donc prévoir des boules Quies pour la nuit. Nous étions trois, 2 adultes un enfant, le fauteuil/lit est un peu petit pour des enfants au delà d' 1m30.

Hortensia Alles war wie auf den Bildern. Toller Pool freundliche Leute. Wir hätten uns gefreut gleich dem großen Hund vorgestellt zu werden. Die in einigen Bewertungen angegebenen Beeinträchtigung durch Verkehrslärm in der Nacht war nicht schlimm. Tolle Fenster. Die Straße nervt nur beim gemütlichen sitzen im Pavillon. Es ist die Straße aus dem Dorf hinaus und einige Motorräder meinen dass die Maschinen aufheulen müssen.

Hortensia Het huisje lag in een omheinde tuin, wat fijn en rustig aanvoelde. Het grote bed en het bubbelbad waren een plus! De gastvrouw was vriendelijk. De communicatie vanuit de huurder was nogal overvloedig en had iets minder gekund. Daarnaast ligt de slaapkamer aan een autoweg, wat voor lichte slapers wellicht iets minder kan zijn.
