Hell und freundlich mit viel Nachmittags- und Abendsonne. Gute Aussicht auf die Berglandschaft.
Die Galerie ist trotz Dachschräge für zwei Personen ausreichend.
Das Mobiliar ist veraltet und abgewohnt, vielleicht sollte mal was investiert werden; allerdings erhöht das wohl den Mietpreis.
Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet.
Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Wohnung und kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung mit Gipfelblick
Helle Wohnung, Abendsonne, Blick auf die Gipfel! Ausstattung und Mobiliar etwas veraltet, aber alles funktionsfähig und praktikabel. Galerie ist sehr geräumig! Treppe jedoch etwas steil/nicht geeignet für kleinere Kinder.

5 étoiles pour la situation ainsi que le service de réception/conciergerie! Par contre, l'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement en profondeur: Vieille moquette sombre, meubles foncés et abimés, canapé et fauteuils usés et sales, escalier à la limite dangereux, salle de bains des années 70/80. Très petite cuisine, mais bien agencée à part les plaques de cuissons vieillottes. Mais l'appartement a été propre en arrivant, et S. à la réception est tout à fait adorable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Surlej. La navette gratuite passant toutes les 20'devant la résidence nous a permis de nous déplacer très facilement jusqu'à Silvaplana pour les courses ou pour prendre les bus ou le car postal. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Restaurant-pizzeria au rez de chaussée

Ogólnie obiekt ze świetną lokalizację . Komunikacja z recepcją bez uwag. Wyposażenie apartamentu kompletne. Jedyny minus to brak połączenia internetowego w apartamencie. Sygnał był dostępny tylko na korytarzu. Pomimo problemu z internetem apartament godny polecenia.

Appartamento con arredamento modesto (divano e poltrone datati) ma funzionale e vista incantevole. Posizione molto comoda sia per chi ama lo sci che per passeggiate. Garage (a pagamento) indispensabile. Un microonde in cucina sarebbe molto apprezzato
