This Unit books 12-18 months in advance. This is the largest condo at Seawatch. Why the North Tower? The desirable North Tower has all of the amenities which include the Captain Cove's ocean front restaurant, Pool Side Tiki Bar with DJ in Season, Concierge, Game Room Starbucks coffee and ice cream coffee shop and the Largest and Nicest of all of the many Pools ! This Myrtle Beach luxury three bedroom, two full bath, Penthouse Condominium offers you the chance to live that dream of enjoying a relaxing beach break in a direct ocean front four star resort. This unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower, Sea Watch Resort which was voted to be in the “top ten” places to stay by one of the major search engines. The unit has two direct ocean front balconies which are very nicely furnished and professionally ceramically tiled The largest balcony of the two balconies is extra wide and the views are breathtaking. The master bedroom has it's own private full bath and private entrance to the large ocean front balcony. The second of three bedrooms also has a private entrance to the full second bath and a rare walk-in contemporary walk in shower. The unit has a fully equipped and eat-in granite kitchen bar as well as an elegant dining area. The views are breathtaking as our many guest reviews have stated. Note: Sea Watch Resort, including this unit, does not have wheel chair accessible showers.

Spring Break beach vacation

Overall property was enjoyable. Views of the ocean were as amazing as our weather. Noise levels were low and made for great sleeping on very comfortable beds. Price was great for what was offered. Owner communicated well and let us know when the association was making repairs that would affect us during our stay. Much appreciated. Would definitely book this unit again.

Far exceeded our expectations. The condo was incredible, and we plan to return often hopefully! This condo is just as beautiful as on these pictures on this website. The rental procedure with the owner went smoothly & professionaly with no problems whatsoever.

Beachfront Penthouse

First let me start by saying this property is all that is advertised. It is literally the top level of a beautiful condo building. The balconies at this unit are amazing, there isn’t a better ocean view. The unit itself is decently sized for a three bedroom. Communication with the owner was outstanding. They were able to answer any questions with an immediate response. We had 8 adult sized people staying in the unit. The pull out couch was comfortable. Most beach toys/chairs are in the unit and available for use. We were really happy with the whole experience. I accidentally left my $250 headphones and the owner even shipped them back to me. Honesty and integrity! Thank you so much for a great rental.

Great resort Great location

The Sea Watch Plantation is a fabulous resort with multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Ken had everything ready to go and provided all the information we needed well in advance. The keypad entry system was great No worries about forgetting keys when we headed to the beach. The resort is close to everything including golf and shopping. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back.

This resort is awesome. Loved the penthouse condo. Beautiful ocean front view. This condo was very clean and well stocked with all of your needs. The owner is very nice to deal with. They left a complimentary bottle of wine.

Great location, Spectacular views, Exceptional Owner

I’ve been using VRBO for several years now and have experienced many wonderful owners sharing their condos for myself and my family. However, Kenneth is in a class of his own!! He was on top of things from the day I booked the dates. He ensured we were knowledgeable of the facilities and surrounding area and we arrived to a clean, spacious condo with a great views and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The kicker was that he reached out to ensure we had arrived safely from our 12 hr drive and even checked on us after our arrival back in Ohio at the end of our vacation!! We love the Seawatch resort and have been staying there for past 10 years! The condo was well furnished and comfortable, even for 8 of us! The two balconies provided a large space to enjoy the views for a group of people to socialize as well as a smaller balcony for more cozy, private conversations. I can’t thank Kenneth enough for his hospitality and look forward to staying here again in the future!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

We are originally from Virginia but now live in the North Myrtle Beach area, only 15 minutes from the Resort. Living close to the Resort enables us to check behind our cleaning staff to make sure that everything is in perfect condition.

Why they chose this property

We choose Seawatch because of the many amenities (pools. lazy rivers, activities, and only footsteps to the beach. It is also very close to all of the many attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Tanger's Outlet, and of course the many great golf courses.

What makes this property unique

Family friendly, the many amenities, It has it all. The Resort is tucked away but minutes from everything. Parking is easy and convenient with a three level parking deck.
