Seawinds 01 Beach Retreat - End Townhouse

Sea Winds Unit 1 is a spacious one bedroom (master) end townhouse. Aside from its oceanside location, Beach Retreat has a desirable Southern exposure with view of the lagoons and fountains surrounded by luscious foilage. Don't be surprised to see occasional egrets, herons, and many other birds from your living room patio.

Beach Retreat is 2 minutes walk to the pool and tennis courts, and a 3 minute walk to the Private Beach Access Walkway, Shopping center with restaurants and supermarket is appoximately 1/2 mile away.

The bedroom has a balcony, which overlooks the lagoon and pool. Beach Retreat provides two flat screen TVs, cable television service and wireless internet access. A few extras for your pleasure to use are tennis racquets, fishing pole and tackle, small cooler, boogie board and umbrella. The kitchen is equipped with all the items one would need for general use. Full size washer and dryer are also included. This unit is NOT pet friendly. The only thing missing is you! Bring your suitcase and spend some time enjoying this island paradise we call home This is an ideal setting to relax, unwind and enjoy in Florida's historic coast.

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Great place. Great location. Enjoyed everything about Rikki's Sea Wind unit, and will be looking to rent the same place next time we head to St Augustine.

Awesome Anniversary Retreat

Loved the location to the pool, tennis courts and beach! The beach was absolutely beautiful!! The place was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. It was a short drive to St. Augustine and all the sights. We would love to come back!

Very clean and well stocked. Good location. Disappointed that the pool was out of commission the week we were there, but property owner comp’d us for it. I definitely recommend this unit.

Nice place

Everything was as shown. Clean, well updated unit. Furniture was clean and stylish and comfortable. Bed was a little too soft for our taste but we're used to our temperpedic. Great location. Enjoyed our stay.
