New favorite place

Loved our stay and plan to return! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many of our favorite places, not to mention easy easy stroll to the beach without leaving the property! Very quiet and relaxing as well!

Perfect location for fun time at the beach

We loved the quiet condo that was steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool as part of the complex was never crowded and was just outside the back door. The condo was wonderful and a great place to get out of the sun and relax!

Grandchildren Getaway

Wanted to take grands on a getaway that was warmer and historical. St. Augustine fit the bill Beautiful city and so walkable. Our condo was awesome, everything one needed.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and great location!

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean, beautiful, spacious and had more than everything needed for a perfect vacation. Pool was 5 or 6 steps from our patio. The patio has plants and bushes in front which make it fairly private. The beach VERY short walk past the pool and several restaurants in walking distance. Owners are great people. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Doug and Mary.

Another wonderful stay at the condo owned by Doug and Mary. Condo main room has been redecorated since our last stay. We had a wonderful visit with our Georgia friends, a great view of the fireworks and just an overall good time. Weather could not have been better.

Time on the beach

We enjoyed walking on the beach which is just a short walk away. Lovely pool and landscape. Condo was Well equipped and very comfortable for two couples. Easy access to the city of St Augustine which I enjoyed walking and shopping in the old city with wonderful shops and restaurants of every kind. The harbor is lovely and we enjoyed both a harbor tour and a sunset sail on The Freedom schooner both tours were wonderful. The People we met were wonderful and service people of every kind were professional and very nice.

St. Augustine Condo

We loved our stay on St, Augustine Beach, the accommodations were perfect. No roads to cross to get to the beach, steps from the pool, parking easy and convenient. The condo is recently and tastefully updated, extremely comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Although this unit does not have a direct view of the ocean, being so close to the pool more than made up for that. The owners were so easy to work with and very welcoming. We took care of the paperwork without any issues, and were provided the needed information in plenty of time so we didn't have any of those worries as we traveled. We highly recommend this listing and will definitely stay here on on next trip to St, Augustine.

Fun little getaway

This was a fantastic place. Owners very helpful. Very clean with all the comforts of home. Everything you need. Nicely decorated and easy to find. Close to so many good restaurants. Go out the patio door and you're literally steps from the pool. Our granddaughter loved that. Beach a 2 minute walk behind the condo complex. Just note if you plan to take a cart on the beach for your stuff that you will need to carry over and down the stairs. Not a ramp. Other then that I highly recommend and will stay again. Thanks Doug and Mary for your hospitality.

You couldn't ask for a better host and hostess than Doug & Mary. We keep coming back to their corner of the world because it's the best! 10/10 highly recommend! Beautiful condo with everything you need. Comfortable, homey, up to date. Excellent location, on the beach, close to pier, farmers market, walking distance to local restaurants and very short drive to historic district. We didn't want to leave. But, we'll be back. Perfect for family beach trip!

We had an excellent stay here for our son’s first beach trip! The condo was exactly as listed and the property was wonderful. This is our 3rd time staying at Pier Point south, but first at this property. We love it and will definitely be back to this condo!

GREAT CONDO

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. Everything very updated and modern. Beds are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets in the condo. Location is fabulous! Ice cream pizza and donuts next door. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Also a circle k in walking distance. Through the pool and out a short side walk and you’re on the sand. Perfect walk to the beach. Pool is great. Plenty of chairs and tables. Honestly I think the condo was even better in person than what the pictures show. So so happy with it. Would absolutely stay again! Owners were easily reached for any questions. Can’t say enough how please I am with our stay!! 15 out of 10! 5 stars

Really enjoyed my stay

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. It’s near the pier with many nice restaurants close by. I loved walking the beach. The state park is a mile up the beach with trails, snack bar, and bathrooms. The unit has some really nice upgrades. I especially liked the walk-in shower in the master bath. I’ve already booked my stay for next year.
