Villa Arthur is a quaint Italian villetta with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and a wood burning fireplace, transformed into an American cottage by its owner, a retired American businessman, with all the modern conveniences, including stainless gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning throughout, internet service and your own private gated driveway. Two bedrooms comfortably accommodating 4 guests , dining/living room with period chairs facing a beautiful hearth. All nestled in the Maritime Alps with an uninterrupted , expansive view of the Mediterranean, and sweeping view of the mountains. The cottage is located in a peaceful classic Italian village , yet completely private with lush foliage, clipped lawns and gardens. Enjoy candelight dinners on the veranda, reading or watching your favorite dvd in our outdoor covered , fully equipped salon, sunbathe on the very private lawn perched on a cliff overlooking the sea...all this , without leaving the confines of your private gated compound!

Ein Traum von Haus in einem wunderbaren Village....

Ein wunderschönes Haus, oben in den Bergen mit toller Ausicht aufs Meer. Ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauch. Von hier aus ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit an den Stränden von Diano Marina. Kurze Wege auch nach Imperia und San Remo, aber auch nach Monaco und Nizza. Es war angenehm ruhig und in den Bergen kann man wunderbar mit dem Hund wandern. Danke an Arthur, für seine tolle Einweisung und die Super Tipps, die er uns vorab gegeben hat....Man sollte einen SUV fahren um durch die engen Anfahtswege unbeschädigt zu kommen. Ein elektrisches Tor führt auf eine prima PKW Abstellfläche in einen komplett eingezäunten und wunderschönen Garten....KLASSE !!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.....🇩🇪🇮🇹

Beautiful cottage with a great view! We loved it!

The cottage is amazing with a lot of nice places to sit whenever you want sun or shadow. You have a nice view from the terrace down to diano marina and the sea. Arthur was perfectly friendly and always available whenever there were any questions. The road up to Merea might take some getting used to for people who are not used to driving in the mountains, but that should be fine after one or two times. If you're looking for a place to enjoy the peace and quiet and relax, this is the place for you. All in all, we loved it!

Casa in ottima posizione, soleggiata ma sempre fresca, problemi due: la strada per arrivare molto tortuosa e stretta e la lontananza dal mare e dai servizi. La casa è dotata di due camere una cucina molto bella e spaziosa e lo spazio circostante la casa molto rilassante.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre

La cuisine équipée très sale. Obligé de racheter du papier toilette après 10 jours. Pas d'huile d'olive. Obligé de racheter du sel. Grille pain cassé. Râpe à fromage manuel cassée. Couteaux de cuisine qui ne coupent pas. Pour plus de €2000 pour 2 semaines, c'est très cher payé. Je déconseille fortement !!!!!!
