Great house with a great view on the sea

The house and its view are very beautiful and the exterior very pleasant. The owners live just below but are very discreet. They are also very kind and regularly bring us vegetables from their vegetable garden. A great week in Liguria!

Sehr geräumig und eine rießige Terasse mit Garten. Von der Terasse und vom Haus hat man eine schönen Meerblick. Stauraum für die komplette Urlaubsausrüstung ist ausreichend vorhanden. Strand ist sehr gut durch den Garten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie. Für das Auto gibt es einen großen schattigen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und herzlich. Als wir eine Reifenpanne hatten, kümmerten sich die Gastgeber um die Reparatur. Einfach Spitzenklasse!Außerdem bekamen wir sehr leckere Marmelade und Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten.

Danke für den schönen Urlaub

Wir wohnten auf dem Berg. Was bedeutet wunderschöne Aussichten ung weniger Trudel. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 min zufuss. Unsere Strandabschnitt ist auch weniger belebt, was ist absolut klasse. Sind sehr viele Bars, Restaurants, Läden. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfelenswert. Sehr nette Vermiter und ein freunliches Hund noch dazu. Es Wir hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus mit tollen Terrassen

Netter Empfang etwas früher als geschrieben war kein Problem. Das Haus ist groß, sauber, gemütlich und dank vielen Dekorationen wirkt sehr authentisch. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, für unsere Bedürfnisse haben wir alles gefundenen und fühlten uns seh wohl. Der weg zum Strand ist angenehm und man braucht ca.15 Minuten um bis zum Strand oder nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurant zu kommen. Schöne, ruhige Umgebung mit viel Grün lässt sehr schön entspannen. Morgens und abends kann man draußen die wunderschöne Aussichten zur Stadt und zum Meer in der Ruhe genießen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und in Top-Zustand. Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwer zu finden aber machbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und ihren kleinen Hund lieben die Kinder. Das Haus ist groß, man teilt es sich mit der Vermieterin und einer zweiten Ferienwohnung, wobei jeder seinen separaten Freibereich hat. Ein Klimagerät für den zweiten Schlafraum könnte man nachrüsten, ansonsten ist das Haus überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet.

herrlicher Meerblick

wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Toll war, dass wir den oberen Bereich alleine nutzen konnten. Die Vermieter, die unten wohnen waren sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und versorgten uns mit zahlreichen leckeren Produkten aus ihrem Garten. Nett waren auch die zahlreichen Besuche vom süßen Haushund. Das Zentrum von Diano Marina ist in ca. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schlechte Objektbeschreibung

Das Besitzerehepaar war ausserordentlich freundlich und hat uns mit frischem Gemüse und Eiern aus dem Hühnerstall beschenkt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestatten. Eigentlich hätte der Urlaub sehr schön sein können bis auf einen Makel. Was in dem Inserat nicht ersichtlich war und wir in dieser Preisklasse nie erwartet hätten war das Studio welches durchgehend belegt war, innerhalb des Hauses nur mit 2 abgeschossenen Zimmertüren abgetrennt war. Dasselbe natürlich auf der eigentlich wunderbaren Terasse welche dann auf dem gleichen Boden nur durch ein durchsichtiges Schilfmättlein in 2 Teile getrennt wurde. Hätten wir vorher Bescheid gewusst, wäre dieses Objekt für uns nicht in Frage gekommen da uns im Urlaub die Privatsphäre so ziemlich das Wichtigste ist.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht - die Vermieter waren sehr nett, das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Für frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten hat unsere liebe Vermietern gesorgt - die nebenbei unter einem wohnt und bei Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Es gab eine sehr große Terasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die ganze Stadt - besonders nachts war es sehr romantisch. Bei unserer Anfahrt haben wir das Haus leider länger gesucht..im Navi existiert nämlich die Hausnummer nicht. Kleiner Tipp: sobald man die Straße hoch fährt (das Haus liegt sehr hoch) kommt ein kleines weißes Schild mit der Nummer 44..dort dann eine sehr steile Straße runter.. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, haben wir es dann letztendlich gefunden. Ansonsten ist die Gartenanlage auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt auch ein Barbecue. Die Läden sind ca. 10-15 min entfernt..zum Strand sind es zu Fuß auch um die 10-15 min, je nachdem wie schnell man läuft. Der Strand hat kleinen Kies und ist sehr schön. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es inklusive.

Une exellente villa spacieuse avec une immence terrace vue la mer

Une villa d'excellente propreté avec un beau design, très spacieuse terrase vue la mer! C'était une vrai plaisir de se réposer sur la terrase avec un verre de prosecco... Il y aussi une éspace pour une barbecue et la table dèhors. L'hôtesse est très gentille, elle nous donnés des legumes et des lemones de son jardin. Il y a une oliveraie, un jardin et un potager sur la propriété :) Il habite un gentil chien sur la territoire, les enfants peuvent jouer avec, et aussi des poules. La villa est spacieuse pour 4 ou 5 personnes, beaucuop d'éspace pour stocker des choses. La plage est 10 min à pied, une plage publique n'est pas bondée comme dans les villes plus populaires autour.

Wir waren sehr begeister von dem Haus und auch der Lage. Schöner Ausblick über den Ort (inkl. Meerblick)! Alles war sehr sauber und man hat viel Platz. Die Gastgeberin war diskret und gleichzeitig sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns in den zwei Wochen mehrfach Obst und Gemüse aus Ihrem Garten geschenkt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden :)

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, v. a. die Klimaanlage ist im August ein Segen. Bei normaler sportlicher Konstitution ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank an die herzliche Vermieterin :)

Meerblick mit sehr großzügiger Wohnung

Geräumige Wohnung mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen und Sonnen. Strand nicht ganz so nah wie angegeben, aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Bei Anreise die total unlogische Hausnummervergabe beachten- schwer findbar! Dennoch ein sehr angenehmes und empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!!

Charmante maison avec panorama splendide.

Très jolie propriété avec vue sur mer à 180°. Propriétaire adorable. Petit bémol concernant le bruit de la Via Aurelia passant en contre-bas (un peu gênant à certaines heures du jour). Un plus serait de mettre à disposition un petit aspirateur pour les séjours longs et de fournir les draps.

Eine Gute Woche in San Bartolomeo

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig, und ruhig gelegen. Absolute highlight ist die kleine Wiese oben mit Gartentisch, Pergola und einem gut ausgestatteten Grillplatz. Aussicht auf Meer ist hervorragend. Fussweg zu Strände ist ca 10 min durch kleine Straßen. Die Strände in S-Bart sind nicht besonders schön, und auch nicht die Promenade. Diese sind in näherer Diano-Marina etwas besser (ca. 20 min Fussweg).

Schöne Wohnung mit genug Platz. Wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Lärmpegel für ein Städtchen am Meer ok. Lage nicht grad im Zentrum, dafür mit privacy. Vermieter freundlich und diskret: da, wenn man sie braucht.

Mooi maar...

In de advertentie wordt gesproken over een "villa", met indruk dat je alles voor jezelf hebt. Echter gaat het om een appartement in een villagebouw waar je het terras deelt met de buren met vrij zicht op elkaar. De eigenaar woont beneden met vrije toegang tot terras en tuin. Dit is toch anders dan de privacy van een "villa". Schitterende locatie en mooi appartement, echter airco maar in een slaapkamer.

Ferienwohnung ist gut, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Lage etwas erhöht mit sehr schönen Ausblick. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Supermarkt und Bäcker ca. 1km entfernt.
