Dirty property

The advertisement was not the same as the house. The beds were not made and the mattress pads were dirty. We left and found a different property. The neighborhood people were not welcoming and were very rude to us.

In response to COVID-19, we have adjusted our cleaning procedures to provide fresh sheets and towels folded on the beds rather than making them. The mattress pads were cleaned prior to your arrival, though some small stains were still present. We offered an alternative property with new bedding, but understand you decided to stay elsewhere. Der Aufenthalt war gut, aber das Objekt nicht gut. War das siebte Mal im Ebro-Delta, das erste Mal aber mit Interhome. Das Haus entspricht leider nicht der Werbung. Sehr enttäuscht.
Barbecue Platte gebrochen. Hält nur mit einem Stock
Netz zum Reinigen des Pools.
Liege kaputt. Kostet 22 € im Carrefour in Tarragona.

Séjour à Riumar

Très bel endroit reposant et calme pour les personnes en quête de dépaysement et de repos. Nous avons séjourné à maison gaviotta avec nos 4 jeunes enfants c’était parfait. La piscine est un vrai atout la maison est propre et bien pensée. Nous regrettons seulement la literie qui avait besoin d’être changée pour certains lit (surtout le lit double). Sinon dans l’ensemble c’était très bien le personnel est souriant sympathique réactif et très à l’écoute. Nous recommandons fortement.

Coses a millorar

La ubicació de la casa i la piscina estan molt bé. Ara bé, el manteniment i la neteja necessiten millorar: hi ha tancaments de finestres i portes que no funcionen, com tampoc ho fa la llum de la piscina. L'equipament és escas (per exemple no hi ha llum a les tauletes de nit) ni tampoc taula de sofà. La wifi gairebé no funciona mai. Tampoc et proporcionen llençols i tovalloles suficients, tenint en compte la capacitat de la casa i els dies d'estada. La torradora és un perill.

A new toaster was purchased and provided, the mosquito net was fully repaired and back up and working once again. The doors were also fixed and back in working order.

Todo muy bien muchísimo solo una cosita, los matalases hay que considerar cambiarlos están un poco viejetes y molestan los muelles. Lo demás de maravilla. Volveremos seguro.

Hébergement fonctionnel et agréable piscine privative

Logement propre, bien équipé. Climatisation dans le séjour (mais pas dans les chambres). Jardin un peu petit, suffisant en soi mais grande proximité avec les voisins (s’ils sont bruyants ... ce qui était le cas pour nous!). L’environnement direct de notre maison (ce n’est pas le cas pour toutes les maisons) est très bétonné ce qui rend la terrasse impraticable de 15 à 19h environ quand le soleil tape très fort. Séjour néanmoins agréable dans l’ensemble.

Ubicación ideal-Mantenimiento y atención mejorable

La casa y el entorno se encuentran en una ubicación ideal. Pero el mantenimiento y la atención prestada es muy mejorable. Una semana sin puerta en el horno que nos dijeron vendrían a reparar el mismo día que llegamos. Falta de mantenimiento en muchos puntos de la casa. El aire acondicionado sucio y expulsando restos de polvo al ponerlo en marcha, desagüe ducha exterior taponado toda la semana. Y falta de privacidad, el personal de mantenimiento entra sin avisar en la casa cuando quiere.

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that the oven door was broken during the cleaning prior to your arrival, nevertheless it has now been replaced. Maintenance staff have also cleaned and adjusted the airconditioner and it is now working correctly. The outdoor shower drain will be repaired at the soonest opportunity. Regarding privacy, we always guarantee no one would enter the house without prior permission,
