Private: property 451 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 01.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 1.5 km pebble beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 3 km, tennis 100 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 11 km, Peñíscola 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The outdoor shower is warm and cold water.

All how discribed just air condition is needed

In general vila was very good and very comfortable. The pool is perfect. But in summer time it is impossible to have good quality sleep as it is hot. Also every morning barking dog of the neighbours and constructions from early morning except weekends. Manager very polite and nice but it is hard to communicate without english.

Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig wenn auch nicht fancy. Alles war sehr sauber. Pfannen und Küchenutensilien könnten mal erneuert werden.Pool war großartig.

Fuimos cuatro personas,nos encantó la casa,que cuenta con fibra óptica, además de una piscina fantástica,con agua salada,los dueños , personas muy majas y agradables. Nuestra estancia en general ,muy bien,para volver a la misma casa.

Bedden konden groter waren erg smal, voldoende handdoeken dekens en beddengoed voorradig. En het keukengerei was wel aan vervanging toe. Verder een heerlijke huis, schoon zwembad en zeer vriendelijke huiseigenaren. Je hebt wel een auto nodig voor in de omgeving rond te rijden

La casa estaba limpia y tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar y hacer cualquier cosa. La piscina es grande, bonita y de agua salada (así que el cloro no te estropea la piel!), y el patio permite hacer mucha vida. La propietaria fue muy atenta y nos ayudó en todo momento cuando necesitamos alguna cosa. Es una casa perfecta para familias grandes. Es posible ir a la playa caminando, pero para comprar y hacer varias cosas es recomendable tener coche.

Magnifica casita,muy bien cuidada,con muchos detalles y completamente equipada. El porche muy bonito,junto con la piscina y la barbacoa. Las camas muy confortables, y todo muy limpio. Los propietarios muy amables. Hemos estado muy agusto, repetiremos seguro.

Très jolie maison, conforme aux photos, très propre et fonctionnelle pour 9 personnes. Accueil et contact agréables avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique maison, tout est prévu pour passer de très bonnes vacances et l'équipement est parfait nous ne manquions de rien.Le seul petit bémol ce sont les aboiement de chiens mais a part ca c'est super. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable et intervient au moindre besoin

Très belle maison piscine top propre literie bonne pas assez grande 140 irréprochable pour le ménage et la dame est adorable il manque un lave vaisselle le quartier est résidentiel avec pleins de chiens. Et les nuisances avec bruit la nuit merci les chiens Loin du centre impossible sans voiture et le vrai centre c'est St CARLES de la rapita estuaire de l'élire donc Méditerranée marron apres le reste très jolie le delta les rizière et les ballades

Vacances au top très belle maison bien équipée juste s'il y avait vraiment une chose à dire c'est juste un lave vaisselle qui manque sinon le reste est juste parfait.
