About this property

Escape to this newly renovated piece of paradise, only a 3-5 minute walk to our private beach in our private association. 4 bdrms, 2 full bath, plus and outside heated shower. Marble fireplace living room, granite counter top kitchen with all amenities with a jennair stove, a/c, TV room with LCD TV , DVD player, total of 3 TVs, private mahogany deck. If you can pull yourself from the home, enjoy the beautiful private beach and best sunsets on Cape Cod. Beautifully decorated ,washer and dryer provided....wireless internet provided . Maximum of 4 cars.
Please note that this home is and will be fully sanitized before each rental. A few new rules by the State of MA have been added regarding owners supplying bedspreads. Renter’s will now need to bring their own along with their towels and sheets. For an additional cost, renter’s can have sanitized blankets or bedspreads delivered on premise.

Hotel/Stay taxes of 14.45 percent is now an additional fee to the rental amount. Security / damage deposit of $500.00 added. A cleaning fee of $175.00 will be deducted from the security deposit on the day you depart.

Cozy beach property

Comfortable but outdated furnishings in a retro 70’s style. Dispite that, it has pretty much everything we need for the week. Some odd rules including some that may have been partially carried over from Covid. Basement rooms (sleeping 2) were a bit musty.

Cozy house in a great location !!!

We really enjoyed staying at Nancys house! It is exactly as described in the listing. Well furnished with everything you need from cooking pots/pans to beach chairs and much more. Nancy was a great communicator! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazing beach access

4 adults and 4 kids under 7 stayed for a week and loved the beach and the simplicity of the house. The extra lounge chairs and floats came in handy and we’re enjoyed by the whole crew. Thanks for having us!

Great location

Very quiet, private and charming house, short walk to beautiful beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a very nice stay and I recommend this property. For out of state travelers like our group, we flew to Boston and drove two hours to the property, and having to order a linen service is kind of a hassle. It is tiring to travel and then make beds when arriving. But other than that, it is a great rental and we enjoyed our stay.

This one I couldn"t sell by choice after all the renovations were complete. The private neighborhood, the incredible private beach, and the sunsets, were so special, and irreplaceable to me.
