Enjoyed the weekend away!

It was a comfortable place. The view was fantastic! Had everything we needed for the few days we were there. The front desk folks, restaurant staff and security were very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!!

Great Vacation Spot

We stay here every year-I feel the safest here at Baywatch than any other place. The 24 hour desk, Security Guards and the grounds themselves are excellent!! Everything is always clean and inviting. We love it here-I cannot say anything bad about it.😁

Best Time Ever

I loved everything about our stay! From the effortless check in, to the “easy as pie” parking…the amenities…It’s hard to find a place to start, because EVERYTHING is at the top of the list!! The unit was cleaned very well, & kept in immaculate condition. We went there to celebrate our 7 yr old’s bday & he said this was the best trip ever. The washer & dryer was also a huge hit. We will definitely be choosing Bay Watch for our next stay (hopefully we can score the SAME room every time!!)

Great views and nice balcony

We had great ocean views! Had breakfast and happy hours on the balcony each day. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was great. Super easy access to beach and you can pay to rent umbrella and chairs (you need to bring your own beach towels). Hotel staff was very nice. Comfortable and relaxing stay here. Downside was the place smelled a little musty- but we just kept sliders open a lot. Also, tv remote in bedroom was a little temperamental to use at times. One bedroom table lamp needed a light bulb. Overall a good place to stay and we’d recommend it.

Rate at a 2 on clean scale. Found dirt in corners, all the corners. The bed was horrible. Left a day early due to it. Think there is something broken in it. Every time you roll over, adjust, or breathe it makes this awful noise that wakes you and your partner up. EVERY TIME. The kitchen was good, clean, had silver ware and cups and plates. Left us DW soap and a sponge and soap to clean with if needed. The bed spread and sheets appeared clean, smelled clean. Tile floor throughout was grimy. Feet were always dirty after shower.

Loved the day I left. Had a room booked 706, was a clean room but had to fix toilet as soon as we got in the room, room was in need of updating bad. They did give me another room 819 for the rest of the week was a nicer room but the furniture was pretty much falling apart and also was a alarm or some kind of noise going off in another room every 30 seconds, beep,beep,beep, if the TV was off that's all you could hear all night. Pretty much sucked if you liked to sleep.

Pros: brand new appliances, new washer/dryer, comfortable furniture, room clean on arrival as always a great view Cons: construction noise on occasion (we were warned in advance and was only 1 or 2 days) could use a new mattress It Snowed!!! overall, another good stay - don't understand all the negative comments others have posted.

Unit was beautiful with enough space! I loved the 6 person table which suited my family of 5 well. Mattresses need to be updated as it was a rough sleep for 4 nights. I would suggest a better cleaning in unit as floors looked brushed over and I had to reclean them. Overall it was decent for the money paid

Bay Watch Unit 0819 - Don't Rent

This condo was a huge disappointment. It was nasty and I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or sitting on the furniture, or using the dishes until we wash everything. The furniture was completely worn out. You couldn't really sit on the couch because it was in such bad shape. I covered it with an extra sheet so we could try to sit on it. The mattress on the bed was also completely worn out and it felt like you were sleeping on the box springs. The website I rented the condo from said it would be professionally cleaned and sanitized for COVID. Neither had been done. We chose a condo so we could limit our interact with people and ended up getting a condo that hadn't been cleaned so that defeated our purpose.

Not what we expected

The room was OK it had peeling paint in the ceiling and there was some water damage as well. It wasn’t well decorated or kept like our previous unit. We also were dismayed with the pool. Both pools had what appeared to be sunscreen in large wads attached to the tile above the water that needed to be clean. Both pools and hot tub’s had a lot of sand and debris floating in them. My daughter found an artificial nail in the hot tub and a Band-Aid in one of the pools. The amount of sunscreen floating and adhering to the sides of the pools was disgusting. In the morning when we got up and went down to the pools there was a ton of garbage on the deck in between chairs and up against the fence. On our way down to the beach there was a lot of garbage in the weeds and large brush. Very disappointing that they do not hire more people to keep their property kept.

DISGUSTING! The furniture seemed to be from a dumpster

The bed and couch were so old and creaky that it woke up our 6 month old any time anyone moved or sat down. It was HORRIBLE! In addition, no one dusted or swept or cleaned anything before we got there. The furniture seemed to be from a dumpster with how old and dirty and creaky it was. It was absolutely terrible! There even ended up being a roach in the cookies we had in a container on the counter. This place was GROSS! The one and only nice thing about the room was the view

Needs updating

The room is nice and spacious but the couch is worn out, the chairs are all broken down, the bed sounds like your laying on old springs and squeaks everytime you move. We had the dryer worked on multiple times because it was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation if you were on that end of the condo. (Never got fixed)
