The umbrella rental guy at this location tried to tell me I couldn't put my umbrella in line with his. Got nasty but I did it any way everyday we stayed

Loved the amenities at the resort. Shower was horrible in this room and the room was outdated and needed some work. Was some minor cleanliness issues but nothing major.

Staff at front desk and security were extremely rude

The room itself was a 6 out of 10. But sadly the front desk and people that worked there were rude, unhelpful and honestly put my family in a dangerous situation. It is a great location and a good price but be prepared to not receive any assistance if needed.

Mostly Great!

The space was very clean, which is IMPORTANT, and the ocean-front views were spectacular!! Too, all the staff members were quite warm and friendly. My main issue was the TV remote did not work & we tried everything! Also we finally gave up calling the desk after about 15 tries with no answer. And since we were already dressed for bed we didn't wish to walk outside and over to the front desk. Fortunately, we used our laptop to watch Netflicks. I wish I could give 41/2 stars, but I don't want to overly downgrade when we had an alternative entertainment. I would stay here again.

Come prepared

The room was ok. Definitely could use some updates. My main complaint is that we didn’t have most of the things we needed to live comfortably. There were no pots & pans, we had to buy some. There were no trash bags. Housekeeping didn’t come for our entire stay so the room started to smell because of the overflowing trash. For the amount of money we paid, we expected a little more.

Needs refurbishing

I've owned 4 units at Bay Watch and have been staying here for over 20 years. This unit still has most of the original furnishings. Rust on appliances. Had to use a solo cup in shower to rinse hair because as much water coming out of bath faucet as shower head.

2021 Girls Trip Myrtle Beach

We arrived on Friday 8-27 and left Monday 8-30 and loved every minute of our trip. Everyone we met or came in contact with were so nice & friendly. All we had to do was call the front desk and our requests were delivered promptly and courteously. The resort was filled with very happy people the pools & other amenities were spot on..I'm ready to plan another trip for next summer.

This place is terrible. Period.

This place is dirty, the one chair was so disgusting that we couldn't even sit on it. I took a picture. Towels dirty, refrigerator handle brown on a white frig. Sheets questionable. Do not stay here. It's awful and overpriced. The only thing it has going for it is it's oceanfront. Find somewhere else.
