Beautifully renovated apartment with double bedroom ideal for 2 or 4 persons in authentic and calm Avoriaz



Located on the second floor of residence Cedrela, this beautifully renovated apartment offers an entrance with a large closet. A bar added to the fully equiped kitchen will allow you to eat for up to 4 persons. With a separated toilet, the bathroom with shower also has another toilet. With a queen size bed the adults room also offers storage. A window will let you enjoy beautiful views of place du téléphérique and Morzine Valley.

From the dining table if you take a few steps down you'll get to the living room with 2 single sofas that can be used as beds and a sofa. This cosy space will let you access a nice balcony to enjoy the view of Hauts-Forts & place du téléphérique.



A ski locker is at your disposal on the entrance of the residence.



You'll have full access to the apartment and it's balcony.



We are based in Avoriaz and available during your stay !



Slopes directly accessible from the bottom of the residence. Located in historical Avoriaz this apartment is 8min away from the center (thanks to public elevators) and very calm.



Avoriaz is 100% pedestrians only.



Final cleaning, beds linen and towels are included and beds will be ready for you.

Ideal apartment

Thanks so much for an amazing stay. The apartment has everything you could need (there was just two of us, four adults would be a squeeze but managble) and the location is brilliant, collect ski passes just across from the apartment, lifts all close, shops and restaurants near by. It was clean and warm and the agent was there to greet us and super helpful throughout. Would stay again.

Bon appartement, propre et accueillant avec mêmes quelques attentions particulières. Bien situé à l'arrivée du téléphérique, mais qui est aussi l'endroit du demi tour de tous les transports motorisés de la station. Au vu du prix, les équipements de chauffage, électroménager et vaisselles pourraient être plus a gout du jour également. Hôtes disponibles et très aimables.
