ENDLESS VIEWS, mountain top condo, new wraparound deck, wood burning fireplace

Relax and recharge enjoying the SPECTACULAR views in our 2 BR, 2 BA, end unit, mountain top condo in Overlook. Perfect for families, couples, getaways, remote workers and virtual school! Recline in our cozy living room while enjoying the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided). The condo features an open floor plan with 9 ft ceilings, mountain views from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, valley views and of course, checkout the skiers! The master suite offers a king size bed, air purifier, jacuzzi tub and access to the new deck! The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a flat screen tv and a second full bath. Hair dryers are also included in each bathroom. Our condo sleeps 4 comfortably but also includes a queen air mattress and also a twin air mattress. Six people limit.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes pots, pans, blender, toaster and both a Keurig and coffee pot! Starter coffee/K cups, filters, paper goods, detergent and dishwasher detergent. There is a dining area for 6 that also is a great remote workspace!
Other amenities include highspeed WiFi, 3 flat screen TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, linens, towels, firewood, ski closet, ironing board and iron, central heating, A/C, 1260 sq. ft.
Ready to get active? We are a 5 minute drive to skiing, tubing and snowboarding. Hiking trails, roads for running and during the summer access to two community pools and Lake Monacan are also close by.

The DeVine Cafe & Wine shop is a quick walk and other local attractions include local wineries, craft breweries, Bold Rock (my favorite), shopping are a quick drive down the mountain! Unwind, exhale and drink in the beauty all that Wintergreen and our Overlook condo have to offer! Weekend, weekly and monthly rates available!

Great ski condo with incredible view.

If you're looking to ski Wintergreen (or do any other fun thing at Wintergreen), you can't go wrong with this cozy, clean, well maintained condo just a 4 min drive from the slopes. The condo is a great two-bedroom with a palatial master suite and breathtaking views of the mountain and sunrise from the kitchen and living room. The place is well appointed, with a full kitchen, pre-supplied coffee, a cabinet full of firewood, and fresh and clean towels and linens. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the owner communicated well with us in the run up to the visit and throughout. Very professional but also laid back -- the perfect combo for VRBO. Cannot recommend highly enough. My family and I will be back.

Fantastic view; restful time away!

This condo is beautiful, comfortable, and has a breathtaking view of the mountains. (We spent as much time as we could on the balcony, just marveling at the beauty of the area.) Lynne was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. When I expressed concern about the number of steps (we are older), she sent me a picture of them, so I could see that we could comfortably handle them. She left all the information we needed about the condo and the area, and was available for questions. (We asked her about a couple of lights that didn't work - she promptly got it repaired.) We could not have asked for a more comfortable, restful stay. Great resource very near the condo - The Nature Foundation at Wintergreen, at Trillium House. We went to get maps of the trails in the area, and found so much information about the area, including trail maps and books and charts on wildlife and geology. We also used the outdoor pool nearby - big enough to get some laps in; shallow enough for children (plus, plenty of seating with umbrellas and playground area.) Thank you, Lynne, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We very much enjoyed the condo. Excellent deck and sunrise views! Host was super helpful and easy to work with. The king-size bed was super comfy. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch!

Overlook at Wintergreen

The description of the property on the listing was accurate. All the areas were spotless including the appliances in the kitchen. The owners were especially welcoming and helpful both before and after I arrived. They provide more than the usual items for use, such as coffee and tea. The deck is spacious with new railings that do not obstruct the gorgeous view.

My husband and I live in the Richmond area. We founded and run a non profit called Comfort Zone Camp in 1998 that helps grieving children. I grew up in Michigan (went to Michigan State) so it's nice to see be at Wintergreen and see snow and get outside in the winter and all year long! My husband is a Hokie alum and our two kids are both there now too!

Why they chose this property

We started coming to Wintergreen several years ago and fell in love. We stayed at a friend's condo in Overlook and the views are absolutely stunning and condos are beautiful. When this condo came on the market late in Overlook, we jumped at the chance. It is cozy, peaceful and a great place to recharge your batteries--especially during COVID! We hope you will come and enjoy it too!
