In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis, central heating system. Shopping centre 150 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes, ski rental, ski school, sled run 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 50 m. Hiking paths: Parc National de la Vanoise. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. Fr7351.345 is situated on the same property. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.

Balcony 5 m2, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Geometry of the original apartment that brings a large living space and beautiful sunshine.

Nice apartment which wasn't clean

Nice apartment with great facilities, more modern than other apartments, and excellent location, however the apartment was not clean when we arrived (e.g., dirty floors throughout and heavily stained mattresses and duvet)

On arrival it was clear the studio had not been cleaned. There was food all over the floor, toe nails on the kitchen table, excrement unfleshed in the toilet and every surface was dirty. Interhome were receptive to my complaint and refunded 40 for cleaning but it was not good enough at all.

Tres bon emplacement au pied des pistes, le matelas du canapé lit n’est pas des plus confortable mais le studio est bien conforme à la description.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et bien situé. Mais le lit en 140x190 est horrible. Très inconfortable et déformé donc impossible de dormir à deux. Notre séjour en couple s'est donc fait dans les lits gigogne...... donc très déçu car séjour en couple sans les enfants. Qualité du ménage à revoir. Zone très bruyante pour un séjour en couple, de nombreuses soirées très tardives (4h du mat') gâchent les journées de ski.

Sofa cama inaceptable, calefacción no funciona

El apartamento está bien aprovechado, pero el sistema de calefacción no funcionó bien y el suelo al ser de cerámica estaba helado. Las camas de calidad baja, en especial el sofá cama que es totalmente inaceptable, es como dormir en un tobogán. Un desastre para descansar.

Joli petit appartement moderne et très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité. Belle situation, bien exposé avec une jolie vue. Appartement plutôt conçu pour 2 adultes et un enfant car le lit gigogne est petit. Très bon accueil à l'agence de tignes et un grand merci à l'office de tourisme pour leur aide et leur gentillesse.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé

Propre, "petit" mais optimisé au maximum avec tous ces rangements. Bien sûr il faut être ordonné nous étions 4. Tout a été pensé pour ce charmant appartement. Cuisine pratique et complète, salle de bain bien agencée. Un max de placards et lumineux. A deux pas de l'école de ski, et des pistes. Les casiers à skis au rez-de-chaussée au top. Je relouerai sans problème, nous avons adoré.

Beau studio avec accès facile aux pistes. Un peu étroit pour une famille de 4 personnes. Problème de plomberie résolue rapidement. La literie et serviettes devraient être inclus dans la location... Bon service en général.
