This unit is gorgeous! It features a fully updated kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a huge walk-in shower with a built-in seat, beautiful tile work, and a granite vanity top. The second bedroom offers another king bed while the bonus den has a full size set of bunk beds giving this unit the capacity to comfortably sleep 6-8 people. Also, to accommodate your needs this unit comes with a full-size washer and dryer as well as one reserved garage parking space.

Just as described.. very comfortable and cozy. We had lots of rain, but could still enjoy the beach and ocean from the balcony. Will definitely come back.

Great location/view!

We had a great time in 404. Very clean, great view, very comfortable. The location is very easy to access beach. Pools were great after being at the beach. The check-in process wasn't explained very clear, that was our only hiccup. You check in at front desk and they give you keys. We’d definitely stay here again!

Not what I expected

The condo was decorated beautifully. However, the dishwasher was out of order, per the sign on the dishwasher.; this should’ve been disclosed before renting. The floors were very unclean. The master bath shower was clogged. The shower head detachment didn’t not work. And most of all, there was no hot water, which was promptly addressed. And the smell of pet urine was unbearable.
