With its central location and proximity to notable attractions, our charming studio provides a convenient and enriching base for experiencing the beauty and allure of Paris's historic treasures. It is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs.

The flat is designed with open-plan living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The loft contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout the stay!

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Louvre museum, home to the "Mona Lisa," is the heart of this lively district that features Hausmann-era boulevards and parks such as the Tuileries and the 17th-century Palais Royal. Fashionistas troop to the designer boutiques and luxury jewelers along chic Rue Saint Honoré and Place Vendôme. Les Halles shopping district has international fashion chains along Rue de Rivoli and in a vast underground mall.

Many places in Paris are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- Multiple bus stops service the area.
-The nearest Metro stop, Palais Royal - Musée du Louvre (line 1,7), is 5 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is about a 55-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
