## The neighborhood

Quiet area ideally located in the heart of the village away from noise and traffic.

In winter :
• access to the cable cars of the Meije glaciers in 5 minutes on foot (off-piste ski area with exceptional routes such as the valleys of the Meije)
• access to the family ski resort of Chazelet (hamlet above the village of La Grave) thanks to a shuttle available during school holidays (possibility to book ski lessons with the ESF)
• access to the Nordic area of ​​Villar d'arène, a place called Arsine (village after La Grave in the direction of the Col du Lautaret) thanks to a shuttle, with Nordic ski and snowshoe trails and a pedestrian route. A natural ice rink is also in operation near the Pas de l'Ane gite.

• access to the La Meije glacier cable cars in 5 minutes on foot (hiking from 2400m to Puy Vachier lake and the Chancel refuge, visit to the ice cave on the glacier at 3200m, introduction to glacier hiking, etc. …)
• many hikes for the whole family at the gates of the Ecrins National Park and Natura 2000 areas such as the Emparis Plateau and the Goléon sector. Many high altitude lakes are accessible.

• Car: 80km from Grenoble. Follow the RD1091 towards "Stations de l'Oisans > La Grave > Briançon. 120km from Gap, follow the rn94 towards Briançon then the RD1091 towards the Col du Lautaret
