Pitaya 1 is a new beautiful 2 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The living room has a dining table for 6. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has either two twin or one king size bed as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TVs in all rooms.

Great vacation place

Title says it all. The owners provide a great place with all you could ask for. The place was super clean and nicely supplied with everything we could want. Family had a great stay. Will definitely return.

We, Susan and Anders, are Swedish, have lived and worked in 4 countries, travelled through 6 continents, and spent the last 20 years in Pennsylvania. We like to travel, hike with our dogs, swim, sail, ski, dance and enjoy a variety of cuisine. During our trips to various places in the Caribbean we fell in love with St John and Cruz Bay and settled down here in 2020. Seagrape Vista is designed according to our tastes and hope it will suit you as well. You can walk to the beach and to Cruz Bay center and restaurants. See the evening lights on St Thomas and the sunset from your private balcony and enjoy a suite with essential amenities.
