Amélioration du travail d’Interhome

Quelques soucis pas la location réservée toujours pas remboursée le différentiel, eau chaude non mise en route alors qu’on m’a dit que tout est allumé, les enfants se sont douchés à l’eau froide le premier jour, demande de caution à l’arrivée non informée au préalable, exigences de ménage élevées alors que dans l’annonce ce n’est pas précisé et pas de possibilité de prendre l’option ménage, des cheveux trouvés dans une chambre, l’annonce n’est pas Claire concernant le linge de maison fourni.

séjour fin d'été à Royan

ayant dû me séparer d'une maison familiale à Royan, j'étais contente de trouver cette location face au Club des Orques où mes petits enfants vont chaque été; grand désenchantement car problème de fuite d'eau, odeur d'humidité et nuisance de voisinage

Nous nous excusons pour le problème rencontré. L’odeur a été causé par la fuite d’eau provenant de l’étage supérieur comme mentionné. Il n’y a plus d’odeur d’humidité. Merci pour votre compréhension.

logement pas propre à notre arrivée. des prises cassées, etc. très bruyant, on entend tout chez les voisins.... un propriétaire faisait même des travaux dès 9h au 5è étage que l'on entendait jusqu'au RdC... assez décevant.......

Toutefois, nous regrettons d'apprendre que vous avez été déçus par le ménage. Appartement idéalement situé mais ultra sonore autant le jour que la nuit. Equipement vétuste et literie de mauvaise qualité pour une des deux chambres.
