Mayan Princess 218 is a beautiful 2/2 second floor condo with private entry and awesome ocean views. Located on the far right side of The Mayan Princess and has it's own outside staircase. Please note that there are two flights of stairs to this condo. Recently updated, quiet section of the building, private entrance, and great ocean views are key features of this property.

Living Area

Enjoy wonder views from the living area or balcony. The space offers a classic couch, leather queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress, and a leather sitting chair. Floor to ceiling bay windows make for picturesque scenery. The living area is outfitted with a 50" flat panel television. Also provided is a Blue Ray DVD player for those that bring movies for the kids. You can also stream music via bluetooth to a Bose speaker.

Kitchen & Dining

Recently remodeled, the kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, and boasts a plethora of kitchen amenities. All electric appliances with smooth cooktop range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffe grinder, toaster, blender, and a 6 qt Quick Pot. There is a washer & dryer located in a closet off the kitchen. The farm house dining table for 6 is perfect use of the eating space.

Primary En-suite

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and 32" flat panel TV. The remodeled bathroom features a new vanity, large walk in shower, and a sliding privacy pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom.

Guest Bedroom/Bathroom

The guest bedroom has a full size box spring and mattress, 32" flat panel TV, DVD player, and full size closet for easy storage of suitcases and handbags. Next to the bedroom is the guest bathroom with a large vanity and two privacy doors between the hallway and tub/shower/lavatory.

Outdoor Areas

On the balcony are bar height furniture for you to enjoy while taking in the ocean breeze and watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico. There are three large lagoon style pools, a hot tub, and charcoal BBQ grilles around the perimeter of the pool area. The deeper pool on the left is heated during the winter months. Past the pool area is a washing station for you to clean off sand after a spending a day at the beach. The beach is just steps away along the gated private boardwalk. Be sure to take advantage of year round beach volleyball court and horseshoe pit. During the warmer months, water volley ball is available in the Cabana pool. Please see the front desk for all sports related equipment.

The Location

Coastal recreation abounds at the beachfront Mayan Princess Resort! Walk just 3 minutes to the beach via private boardwalk access. Fishing enthusiasts in your group will find ample opportunities nearby to make the perfect catch. Drive 4 minutes South to Mustang Island State Park to explore the local flora and fauna of the South Texas Coast. Or spend the day visiting the Port Aransas Nature Preserve and Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center (10.5 miles). Sample an abundance of restaurants, shops, and convenient amenities in Corpus Christi, 9 minutes away by car.

Beach vacation

We spent an entire week relaxing in a very comfortable unit that had everything we needed. The pool and the beach were wonderful and refreshing. We would highly recommend this 2 bedroom unit.

Texas Beach Trip

The condo was very nice, clean, and well furnished. The Mayan complex has nice amenities and great beach access. The owners were gracious hosts and provided superior communication, were very accommodating and have all of the details taken care of. Highly recommended.

This property is beautiful!! The owners did an amazing job getting it perfect after the hurricane. The little extras made such a huge difference. Creamers and coffee provided, updated kitchen and bath, and the master bathroom was gorgeous!! Thank you for such a great stay!

We stayed at the Mayan Princess in the same room last year. We enjoyed the clean & inviting atmosphere & all its conveniences. The owners are especially nice & accommodating. Guys caught their limits of trout & red snappers, & I enjoyed the balcony & its gulf view. Will continue to book this property.

Just Right for Current State of Things

With a private entrance/staircase we felt very safe ( not having to be on elevator). Beautifully decorated, I’m guessing Pottery Barn? Beautiful wood ceiling. Corner balcony on the 2nd level of the property gives perfect beach view and pool view. We were very comfortable and content!

Great View

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed this lovely condo. The view from the living room windows and balcony was terrific. It's always a treat to be able to see and hear the ocean from a vacation dwelling. The property allowed for more privacy due to it's location as an end unit. The unit was clean and the furniture comfortable. The Mayan Princess grounds were also a delight with a beautiful pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay!

Short weekend trip

I have stayed at the Mayan Princess before and we love it! You can't beat the location. It's perfect for families with kids because you are right on the beach. Our condo was the perfect size for my family of 5. The owner was so great and helpful when I told him there were ants in the living area. He called the property manager and had an exterminator in there within the hour to take care of the ants. Overall, a great getaway for the weekend.

Great place to stay....can’t wait to return!

Andy and Judy provided us with a beautiful, clean and homey condo with great views from the kitchen, living room and the deck. The pools were great and the walk to beach was 3 minutes maybe. Any questions we had were answered quickly . The place was roomy, had comfortable beds and everything we needed was provided. There’s no elevator but their 2nd floor unit has easy access so it really was easy to get to and we felt the end unit was a plus. Our first stay at the Mayan Princess was thoroughly enjoyed; even with the on-going construction from the hurricane - we highly recommend it! Thanks for a great weekend escape!

The Beach House @ Mayan Princess

Loved this place; it was exactly as described. The view was wonderful; the furniture and beds were comfortable; the amenities were nice! Loved sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean. Hubby is very particular and he wants to come back (as do I !!! I). Our plans changed and fortunately days were open so we were able to book a couple extra days on and it was well worth the additional stay. If you like QUIET, away from the busy crowds, this is it! (granted we were there late October/early November); we loved the corner unit with our own separate entrance from others, and just FYI, it appeared that most of the work was done on repairs from Harvey - just odd/end finish ups that didn't impact us. We enjoyed visiting all the advertised hot spots for food--just was not quite prepared for some of the places that allow smoking-(just check the reviews before going). Our favorite place was Doc's for a spectacular sunset. And a heated pool never hurts when the air is a bit cool! Thanks for sharing your beach house with us!

Great condo with private entrance

We had a great time here! The location is great, with beach views, easy access, and nice pools. The room itself is beautifully done and well appointed. This unit has a private entrance on the far side of the building and we could comfortably store our beach cart on the landing. There is a large, gorgeous shower in the master bedroom. We only had 2 issues, one minor, one less minor. The first was that the shower did not get adequately cleaned from the previous guests. The second was that getting hot water was so difficult/time consuming and it never got more than warm. But those issues did not ruin anything, just inconveniences. Would stay here again.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The owner was on point with his level of communication. The condo and property is beautifully maintained and the views are priceless. We pretty much had the pools to ourselves and other owners/guests were respectful of Covid-19 distancing although nobody wore a mask during our stay so if that is a problem for you this may not be the complex for you. We would stay here again. It is quiet and peaceful and a nice little drive to Port A.

Fantastic property and location

The Texas coast didn't disappoint this week, we had the beach to ourselves and the water was so clear. This is a great location and a terrific property, the condo is easy to get to and has a private entrance. Highly recommend!

Great time!

With Hurricane Marcos coming, Andy worked very closely with us and we happily discovered that we didn't have to cancel after all! We loved the accommodations, great place to shelter in place away from home with everything needed at your disposal. Best part was being able to walk to the beach, made morning walks and seeing the sun rise a real treat!

Awesome Location - Great Condo!

We so enjoyed our holiday weekend staying at this condo. It had everything you could need for cooking and lounging. They even provided a cart with a tent, boogie boards and chairs to take to the beach. We will be staying here again. Loved it!

Great for families

We enjoyed this condo and overall property. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, soap and toilet paper...which is atypical for condo rentals! We also appreciated the pop-up cabana and boogie boards for the beach. That cabana was awesome and easy to use! The owner was very responsive when we had a question. Recommend!

Family time at the coast

We had a wonderful time with our family. The condo was clean comfortable and delightfully decorated. The owners have supplied everything necessary to accommodate cooking needs. Important when traveling with littles. We can’t wait to book again.
