Odeurs nauséabondes ( salle de bains) , nombreuses défectuosités matériels basiques...

Manque total de reconnaissance des défectuosités techniques , soumises par écrit , à la gérante de l'agence . ( J'en avais demandées le constat sur place....sans effet) Il n'est pas exagéré de parler de mauvaise foi !

Nous constatons en effet que vous avez contacté notre agence locale par téléphone 5 jours après votre arrivée, mais que la gérante n'était pas présente à ce moment-là. Notre équipe a inspecté le logement après votre départ et n'a constaté aucune défectuosité sur les points que vous avez mentionnés (à savoir la propreté du canapé ainsi que le robinet ne disposant pas d'un mitigeur, ce qui n'est pas un défaut mais simplement un modèle particulier). Concernant les odeurs dans la salle de bain, celles-ci ne sont plus présentes et étaient probablement dues à des pluies survenues récemment. Nous sommes désolés d'entendre que notre prestation n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes mais nous espérons néanmoins que vous avez passé un bon séjour et que nous aurons le plaisir de vous revoir. Appartement bien placé, dommage d'absence de place sur le parking. Studio propre, grande belle douche, lunette WC mal posée, canapé-lit peu confortable ( ne pas dormir sur les bords, ils tombent ). Ttes bien chauffé. Un peu cher pour la prestation, mais 1er de l'an ...... Si détails remédiés, très bien. 5 nuits, pas 7 ...

Logement acceptable pour deux personnes. Equipement culinaire un peu trop réduit cependant. Bon emplacement.
