Dream time in Yelapa

Easy to find, close to everything in the town. Great view. Can be a bit loud in the evening but usually shutdown between 11-12. Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our time here! The lady was a bit hard to get a hold of at first to check in, but if you call the number on the sign she’ll pick up! Perfect for a couple night getaway :)

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The room did not resemble pictures. Many steep and uneven stairs to climb to get to room (this should be included in description as it is not appropriate for older adults who have knee, hip, arthritis, etc.). No housekeeping, bedding looked as if it had been used for a long time, no pillow cases just the pillow covers; wish I would have known there would be no blow dryer. Right next to a small church where the bell is rung before 6 in the morning at 15 minute intervals; extremely noisy most of the night with people walking and talking, noise from bars, ATVs driving up and down road, etc. Would have looked for another place if I had not already paid for this one.

Disappointed

No communication with property manager. Felt cheated as pictures are better than property. Very overpriced will not recommend ever. Not user friendly, ie: not usable pots and pans. Is not fit for long term stays!
