3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 3 levels. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with TV. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with hatch. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, bidet. Electric heating, boiler. Garden, south-east facing position and south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine.
