Not a happy stay
We spent 9 weeks in the apartment this winter. The location is nice and high up. It is quiet and close to the golf course and with a very nice view of the sea.
There are two bacony's, one does not really have any furnitures and the other has limited and uncomfortable furnitures.
The livingroom furnitures were also quite uncomfortable and worn down. The kitchen appliances were ok but the cookware was really worn and not overly clean.
The washing machine was leaking water. The host (Majid) was out the next day and had a look and spoke with the owner for directions. A repair person would be called. This was on a Monday and we messaged Majid several during the week without replies. The following Monday after more messages, a new washer was instlled. However, it was installed incorrectly. The transportation bolts was not removed so the washer was dancing all over the place when it went into the spinning cycle. That was fixed after 2 more days.
When we booked the apartment it listed secure parking in the underground garage. But when we got the arrival instructions 3 month before arrival, parking was changed to street parking. I reluctantly agreed to not cancel the booking since Majid wrote there was plenty of parking in the street. During our stay it was a struggle to find parking. The street ends at a construction site where we had to park when the street was full. Not very safe and far from the apartment.
A car is needed since shopping is not close and the return is uphill.
