This rental was amazing. It was spotlessly clean. The location was great for us, outside of downtown but close enough to easily navigate or run into town if we needed to. We would definitely book with them again.

Loved it!

It was the best trip we have had yet! The only thing I would say is there needs to be stairs or something to help get in the hot tub, and some basics like seasoning (salt, pepper).

Great place to stay for couples retreat.

The place was very nice and clean. Very claiming and relaxing. They only issue we had was there wasn’t any service and the Wi-Fi connection sucks. Couldn’t really watch the game or anything. Other the that the place was great.

51st Birthday Bash

Amazing property very close to downtown Gatlinburg and thus extremely convenient. Its a newer house in a newly developed neighborhood and the amenities were just fantastic. Loved the whole stay and would highly recommend anyone considering a trip to the area to give them a call and book this for your stay. Everything was super clean and ready as advertised. Loved the deck and hot tub too LOL. Check in and out was very easy also.

Perfect and Cozy for our Gatlinburg family trip, 6 adults and 2 kids

The home was clean and spacious and enough room for 6 adults and 2 kids (8 and 13). 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs and all had private full bath. Also a half bath in the main level. We brought an air mattress for the kids instead of using the pullout couch so we would always have room to sit in the living room. Nice kitchen with big table for all of us to sit around and eat or play games. The kitchen was also well appointed with all the basics you need for cooking and baking. Keurig there but bring your own pods. The game room upstairs adds a cool activity for adults and kids.The hot tub was nice and hot on the deck which also had a gas barbecue grill, and tv. There is a driveway that could probably fit 2 cars stacked but also community parking for the pool is nearby which offers more spots. The swimming pool was right accross the street which was so convenient. Just remember to bring your own pool towels, only enough bath towels for each person are provided. We saw bears around the neighborhood everyday which made our experience so much sweeter!Only thing is the beds in the upstairs bedrooms were a little high but they were still very confortable once you were in it!The management company was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

Fall getaway

The house was nice and new, well stocked with the necessities, which was great. We liked the convenience of having 4 bathrooms. The hot tub was a big bonus too! The house is listed for 10 people BUT please note that the pull out couch in the living room is counted as well as a futon in the loft area upstairs-that would fit maybe 1 person but not comfortably. We had air mattresses for our kids, which worked out for us in the loft area. There is construction going on which is loud and messy, but we knew about this. The only bigger problem we had was that someone was in our parking spot when we arrived and the management company told us (after calling a couple of times) that it was up to us to call the police to have the car towed because they didn’t know who it belonged to. That is crazy! That should absolutely have been up to the company/owners. Also, they did not honor a discount we could’ve gotten for our army veterans/active first responder in our group. Overall, it was ok for a couple days last minute. But there are plenty of similar cabins up in the mountains in that area, with much better views and not in what feels like a town house neighborhood.

Mostly positive. We would have liked more chairs for the deck. We were 6 adults and two teenagers and 4 chairs. Faster WiFi. Benches in bedrooms to be able to put on shoes and socks. Sweep under the beds. 8 placemats, There were only 4.

The first problem is that it’s a new development where they’re literally building new homes and a club house right across the street.. so it’s easy for you to get things in your tires, .ETC. Also the noise of the workers is a problem . Might wanna not rent out the houses until done building around . Also the house sleeps 8 , the WiFi was TERRIBLE. And that’s an understatement. We could’nt call out , text or watch tv .. because the WiFi was sooo bad . The cleaners need to double check over the house before declaring it’s clean .. there were crumbs on the kitchen table and a dirty rag and sock under the chair 🤔 HOW MA’AM &SIR , HOW ?? Other than that it was cool

We apologize that you were not made aware that there is ongoing construction in the area. As in many areas here, there is always building ongoing, due to the ever-growing demand in the Smoky Mountains. Construction to rebuild cabins throughout all of Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas have been a blessing for many and as you have expressed an irritant for others. Fortunately, the construction noise is temporary, so we appreciate all the patience during the building phase. Wifi is a constant struggle here in the mountains. We take cleaning extremely seriously and would have sent the cleaners back to address any issues or concerns. We are terribly sorry to hear about the problems you encountered during this stay and have shared your feedback with our management team. Please know we will work hard to correct the issues you have brought to our attention. It is not our intention to be the source of problems and issues while staying with us but just the opposite. We truly regret that your last visit did not exceed all of your hopes and expectations. Our desire is to try and provide all guests with a wonderful vacation experience.
