This enjoyable apartment of 38m² with garden and parking is composed of :

- a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- an open kitchen with : coffee machine, oven, fridge, cooking plates,
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV,
- Access to the car park in front of the house.
