Faites vous même un état des lieux
Lors de notre arrivé nous avons droit à un itinéraire sur papier très peu précis. J’ai été surpris car ils ne font pas d’états des lieux, c’est le personnel de ménage qui s’en occupe lors de votre départ. Pensez donc lors de votre arrivée à filmer ou prendre des photos et envoyer un mail à l’agence avec preuve et signalement. Dans notre cas, nous avons eu des taches de chaussure et insecte au plafond,mur et sol, radiateur arraché, lumière HS, draps déchirés etc. Aucuns geste commercial.

et vous confirmons avoir réparé le radiateur et changé les ampoules
défectueuses. N'oubliez pas que l'équipe de ménage peut toujours être
renvoyée dans le logement si le nettoyage ne vous est pas convenant.
