Beautiful, cosy 2-family house "Emil". Above Lovran, outside the resort, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'500 m2, garden with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Patio. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 1 km, shingle beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km, public bathing area 1 km.

wunderschön

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in der kleinen Fewo mit der großen Terrasse und tollen Aussicht auf Kvarner, Inseln und Rijeka- wunderschön! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Hang und dennoch nah am Zentrum und Meer, Baden, Wandern, Ausflüge - alles geht super- auf dem Lungo Mare zu Fuß nach Opatja ein tolles Erlebnis!

Mooie locatie, geweldige tuin en uitzicht.

Klein appartement, heel schoon, met een groot terras en tuin, prachtig uitzicht. De familie is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ligt vrij hoog op de berg, maar in 8 minuten loop je naar het oude stadscentrum. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Entspannter, toller Aufenthalt im eigenen kleinen Reich

Wir waren als Paar für einige Tage in dieser dieser wirklich süßen Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein (was man bei der Buchung aber ja auch weiß), aber sehr liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht, kann sich super selbst verpflegen und tolle Abende auf der Terrasse verbringen. Das Grundstück ist riesig, liegt wunderschön auf dem Hügel und in der Natur und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Skyline. Die Vermieter plus Hund Otto sind unglaublich nett und kümmern sich ganz liebevoll und zurückhaltend um ihre Gäste (wir wurden bei Anreise sogar im Ort abgeholt, während der Tage fanden wir immermal wieder selbstgebackene Keksen und frisches Obst für uns vor). Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und sind für den Preis des Zimmers wirklich top zufrieden! Wir danken euch, liebe Grüße!!!
