Entire One Bedroom Garden Apartment with shared pool in the Heart of Downtown Orlando's Historic Lake Eola Heights Neighborhood. Short walk to Lake Eola, Orange County Courthouse and Seven Eleven. Take the free LYMMO bus though downtown to the Amway Arena, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, City Hall and much more. Short drive to Theme Parks, Winter Park and UCF. Convenient location in a quiet garden behind our historic home.

The entire, private brick pool house, built is 2006 to match our historic home, features a private entrance, slate tile floors and patio deck with a shared pool.

Full bathroom with luxury tile, sky light and walk in shower and full kitchen with dishwasher, gas range, Advantium microwave and full-size refrigerator with ice-maker.
Full size dining/library area is stocked with plenty of games and books. Living area has leather sofa for lounging or watching the large screen Smart TV as well as a separate work desk. Wi-Fi included.

The sunny bedroom features a queen size bed and black out curtains for when you want to rest.

Private garden includes slate pool deck with lounge chairs and plenty of beach towels to enjoy the shared pool.

Safe neighborhood with plenty of free street parking available.
