Villa Carpe Diem - avec piscine, proche Nancy

In the heart of the village of Méréville, we offer this 17th century farmhouse with a large swimming pool, not overlooked, 380 m² in size and able to accommodate up to 15 guests. It has a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, eight bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 6,000 m² garden with terraces. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood supplied at extra cost), sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine, food processor, etc., and a utility room
- A study
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin
- 2 separate WCs

First floor:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) and WC
- Bedrooms 4 to 8: one double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and double basins

Outside area :
- A large swimming pool (private, heated by heat pump), approximately 62 m², open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual), secured by an alarm and surrounded by a large composite beach with sun loungers
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden enclosed by walls and trees, facing east and south, with garden furniture
- An L-shaped terrace of 125 m² facing south and 60 m² facing east, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: basketball hoop, barbecue, gas griddle, traditional solid barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, two raclette machines, baby bath, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Méréville, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting close to Nancy. All the essential shops are nearby.

- Sights in Nancy: Place Stanislas, Palais Ducal, Basilique Saint-Epvre, historic centre, Ville Neuve, Villa Majorelle, Parc de la Pépinière (children's playground, rose garden, zoo...)

- Tourist sites: Fort Aventure, etc.
- Sports activities: walking and cycling (Moselle loops from Nancy to Messein, Hauts de Vigneulles, etc.), canoeing, kayaking, etc.
- Gastronomic heritage: the mirabelle plum of Lorraine, baba au rhum, quiche Lorraine, etc.

- Bed linen and towels are not included for stays of less than 7 nights and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
