Le Champenois - BALNOT SUR LAIGNES

Located 45 km from Troyes, on the Champagne Tourist Route and right in the heart of the Côte des Bar wine region. This charming stone house, attached to another holiday rental, has been tastefully renovated and decorated to create a true little haven. You’ll love the charm of the old: stone walls, antique fireplaces, exposed beams, and original hardwood floors. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Les Riceys, a “Cité de Caractère” (3 km), Renoir’s House in Essoyes, hiking trails, wine tastings, and winery tours… 30 minutes away: lakes and the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park (swimming, water sports, tree-top adventure courses…). 40 minutes away: Nigloland Amusement Park, Clairvaux Abbey. 50 minutes away: the city of Troyes (cathedral, museums, factory outlets). On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a dining space, a sitting area (with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional people), and a kitchenette. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom (two 90x200 beds that can be arranged as a double bed or twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. On very hot summer days, you can cool off in the cottage’s cellar. Private, unenclosed parking is located across from the cottage. Beds are made upon arrival; towels and linens are provided. Utilities and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price of your stay. For safety reasons and due to the lack of appropriate equipment, it is strictly prohibited to charge an electric vehicle at this cottage (charging stations are available within 5 km in Les Riceys and Neuville-sur-Seine).
