Luxurious “studio”
Completely gutted on the interior and modernized with technology. For avid golfers there is a putting green and chipping area to keep the skills sharp. Bathroom is unlike any you’ve been in before with heated towel rack, heated tile throughout the day, massive rainfall shower, and wall mounted toliet (very clean).

This house is way too nice to be throwing a party or event here. If you "accidently" have a party here, you will be asked to leave with no refund in addition to a massive cleaning fee.

This house does not allow parties or events.

Great getaway home in Imperial Beach.

We stayed in Imperial Beach at this lovely home, for a family wedding on Coronado Island. It’s so convenient to get anywhere on Coronado or take the bridge into San Diego… but the best part is this is a great cottage. Has everything for a great stay, including a high tech shower, with heated bath room tiles AND a towel warmer- loved it! Cool firepit and a beautiful bbq smoker. We are coming back to southern Cali for more family visits- we will stay again & again. Great host, great place to enjoy a stay with lots of amenities.

Great, comfortable place

Felt like we had total privacy. Cottage sits alone facing the street with its own driveway and backyard. Perfect location for us and our pup. Neighborhood is quiet as well and very safe. Cottage is very well equipped. Could easily stay a day or a month. All the fittings and appliances are new and very clean. Highly recommend to anyone.

Cute Little but modern cottage

I enjoyed my stay here. The neighborhood was only minutes away from the beach. I liked how there was a front yard and back yard for my dog. My favorite was the bathroom. I loved how everything was heated and the shower was amazing! The kitchen was nice as well. It had everything from spices to plates and pots & pans... etc. The owner Jeremy checked up on us a few times to make sure that our needs were met and was available if we had any questions. I would definitely stay there again!!!
