A beautiful and fancy "GATE" house with 3 beds and a private yard. You can enjoy a recently upgraded kitchen and living room. Above all, enjoy with family/friends in the private patio with the fire pit and various outdoor games ( corn hole, dart). New laundry on the premise. The house is close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be within 5-10 min from San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island, Gas lamp street. Very near freeways and shopping mall. A/C (heat) is ready (living room, master room)

The space
This is a beautiful & spacious 3bed/1 bath home with many parking spaces (4 cars) in gate. A fancy island countertop and kitchen. 70" TV with Netflix , Nintendo switch. One outdoor table with 4 chairs, and a separate firepot with 4 chairs. 3 Bedrooms (3 Queen beds + 1 Twin bed + 1 inflation bed) Max 7 people can be stay. A dart and various games available in yard.

Laundry is new and in the walk-in closet inside house. 3-4 car parking is allowed inside the gate. Back side parking space may be shared.

There is a firepit with LP gas tank. If the tank is empty, please contact host or you can replace tank in gas station (Host will reimburse).
