3br/2ba Beautiful Oceanfront Condo in Resort Area with 2 pools that have just been totally renovated and an on-site oceanfront restaurant/bar.

Our condos are freshly remodeled with Seally Pillow Top and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses. They have fresh paint, new furniture, and flooring. These condos are exceptionally maintained by me, the owner! Your satisfaction is our priority!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family! The condo was spacious & very clean. The decks are amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. We really enjoyed the easy beach access making it very easy to walk to the beach each morning to view the stunning sunrise. Great location as well! Highly recommend this property!

Pros & Cons

Pros: Ease of check-in was great! Cleanliness was great, everything was provided, furniture and beds were comfortable, very convenient to beach, fairly quiet. Cons: garbage disposal was smelly, TV remotes were completely mixed up (took about an hour to straighten everything out), and main complaint is the view. The palms appear to have grown significantly since the listing pictures were taken. The only view of the ocean is available when you walk onto the balcony and look to the left. We had freezing temperatures during our stay, so this was not really an option.

Horrible westher

The place would have been great except for the weather - not your fault! It was so windy you couldn’t even walk on the beach. But found some good restaurants and took naps. Would come again, but only in maybe September or April. Looks like a fun place to be!

Perfect family holiday getaway

We are a family of 6, 4 kids 13-20, and my sister. The 7 of us had plenty of space and slept comfortably. There were plenty of blankets and with the washer and dryer we were able to keep our towels washed. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Plenty of pantry space for groceries. We enjoyed the view out back, especially the cargo ships coming in and out. Sunrises were spectacular. Location was perfect a short drive or a doable walk to most places on the island. Getting in and out was easy. We loved our home away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday.

We live close to Tybee Island, and enjoy visiting every chance we get! The beach is definitely our 'happy place!' We really enjoy staying in our condos because they are located in a nice, resort area with an on-site restaurant/bar. We always have a great time when we visit! We also love our guests, who rent our condos, and we work very hard to make sure we have 'repeat' rentals from year to year!

Why they chose this property

Tybee Island is the 'Martha Vineyard' of the south. Tybee is small, friendly and quaint. It is close-knit and 'full of life' offering something for everyone!! Located 12 miles from Historic Downtown Savannah and River Street, it is very easy to enjoy the history and culture of Savannah, while staying on Tybee. You can stay very busy or just relax and enjoy the tranquility that Tybee offers!

What makes this property unique

Best seafood, period! Best beach in the southeast. At high tide, Tybee has over 150 yards of beach! Our beach was totally restored in the fall of 2014 and the restoration process continues to take place almost every year !
