THE APARTMENT

In a quiet residential area we enter the flat. In this ground floor flat we find the shower room with a large shower, ideal when returning from surfing or a long summer walk, to relax first.
The suite offers a large, bright and well laid out living room with an open plan kitchen, fully fitted and equipped. The entire flat has been refurbished by an architect who has combined modernity and tranquillity to make the property functional, up to date and optimal.
In this room you will also find a work area, where a desk and wifi are available.

THE SERVICES

Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, beds will be freshly made upon arrival.
A free wifi connection is assigned to the apartment, suitable for telecommuting.

We can make excellent recommendations on current activities or events on the Basque Coast.

Appartement idéalement situé près de la Côte des Basques

Appartement idéalement situé à moins de 10 min de marche de la Côte des Basques et des Halles de Biarritz. Décoré avec soin et bien équipé (notamment la cuisine), il propose tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Seul bémol, l'isolation n'est pas parfaite. L'étage auquel est situé l'appartement a été séparé en deux et la cloison est très fine. On entend facilement ce qui passe dans l'appartement voisin lorsqu'on est dans le salon. De même, on entend le voisin du dessus marcher.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé pour un couple. Par contre, la cloison qui sépare la partie salon de l'appartement d'à côté est extrêmement fine et on entend TOUT. La personne qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée est très professionnelle. Notez que quand vous payez la caution il y a des frais qui ne sont pas notés. sur Booking. Quand je l'ai dit au jeune homme, il ne m'a pas fait payer.
