Bon séjour

Studio très bien équipé en appareils électroménagers et en vaisselle. Literie confortable. Agencement très correct. Bon rapport qualité / prix Immeuble très bien situé en centre ville et front de mer. Commerces de proximité

Central location with street noise

The location of the flat is very central, next to Hotel du Palace, the Casino and the main beach. The windows face inland, east, which is probably good because in the hot season the flat would get too hot in the afternoon as there is no air conditioning. However the busiest street in town is just under the balcony, and therefore you get a lot of noise if the window is open or if you sit on the balcony. On the other hand, it is difficult to avoid sitting on the balcony as there is very little space to do so inside the flat. Otherwise the equipment and amenities are fine. Best for people who need the flat only for sleeping in.
