Sherry & Steve live full-time in NJ with their high-school-age kids. We adore this beautiful villa and spend as much time in it as we can, but usually rent it twice per year.

Why they chose this property

This vacation home has it all. It's comfortable, cozy, and beautiful all at the same time. Marble floors throughout and comfy couches, pillows, and bedding where it counts. You can't beat the location. Step out your door to go for a run on the parcourse on Carlin Park, walk to tennis, pickleball, or squash courts, hit the pool, walk to the beach, or enjoy one of the many awesome restaurants nearby.

Everything you need to vacation and relax in style... Beautifully furnished, new kitchen, vacation gear (golf, tennis, pickleball, bike, & beach equipment), high-end coffee maker, outdoor Weber grill, firepit, lounge chairs & seating, and everything kitchen accessory you need to whip up a fabulous home-cooked meal or entertain guests.
