Amazing accommodations
Property was everything listed and more. Access to the hill was extremely easy, property was in great shape, finish of the unit was great! Only complaint would be the quality of the dishwasher.

Great vacation!
My friends and I loved staying at this house for a weekend! We love skiing, and it was really great to have a trail right outside the house in the back to ski in and out. It is also a great walk to the village. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to cook, lots of towels and extra bedding. We would definitely book this house again for another ski weekend adventure! The owners were also very accommodating to our stay and were very lovely and easy to communicate with.

Great location with beautiful views
Our stay was quite enjoyable with a good amount of space for our two families to spend time together. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The location was excellent right next to the run. Only downsides were the queen and king beds were very uncomfortable which affected our sleep and the room on the bottom floor with the two bunk beads was very dark without a window and separated by an entire floor from parent bedrooms. Expect to use two flights of stairs if you need to go back and forth to kids room. But overall it was a good stay.

Great time at Big White
Pros. Very lovely condo with lots of places to sit and hangout. Owner has lots of kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils etc) so great if you are using the kitchen. Newer appliances. Lots of storage, nice big hot tub. Huge table can handle 9 people for dinner, Right off Serwas but steep climb to run so may be tough with small kids, comfortable beds, TV has Netflix on it, 2 parking spaces (steep driveway and narrow garage so some will not be able to get vehicle into garage, we were able to navigate this). Cons: most have to do with the process not the condo. Poor refund policy if needed, Very early checkout @10am, not able to check in a little earlier even if condo is free, frustrating time getting lost items returned (solved but still frustrating), we still needed to drive to get to the village as it was a far walk esp for grandparent (knew this already).

Beautiful ski in and out townhome
We had a wonderful week-stay at this townhome over the Christmas holiday! First, a huge thank you to the owners of the home, who put up a Christmas tree and some decorations on the mantel and around the home which we immensely enjoyed. We brought up 2 adult kids plus our dog and the home was just perfect for us. Home is very spacious, nice big table for us all to eat at, plenty of comfortable sitting in the living room, and even extra space/beds to spare! Home did have a garage also which was nice, although we just parked our car out front in the driveway since it was too tall to fit. The home is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed from not just plates/glasses but to all the pots and extras such as baking sheets, casserole dishes, etc. The hot tub outside was a definite bonus after a long day of skiing! And was so nice just hiking up a small hill to the side of the home, popping on our skiis, and down we went. The home is a bit of a walk into town on the walking trail but we found it quite doable. We loved the quiet neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only 'con' was we wish that VACASA had been upfront about was that there would be a hot tub service person knocking on our door every 2 days and going through the home to get to the hot tub. This was a bit of a detraction, especially the first time it happened, as we were really caught off guard, hanging in our pj's and here was a stranger wanting to go through the place. Plus we had our dog, who if we weren't there and if they had come in on their own, he could have possibly run straight out the front door and been lost. So we do feel there needs to be better plan or communication in place about that. However, highly recommend this townhome, you won't be disappointed!
