Renovations (completed December 2020) include new interior and exterior paint, new bathroom tile, tub and showers, as well as new kitchen counter tops. All bedrooms have private baths. New televisions throughout. Its a 3 minute walk to the deeded beach access. Heated community pool is located directly across the street from the property. This charming community is conveniently located approximately one mile from Alys Beach and the Hub; two miles from Rosemary Beach; three miles from Seaside. These areas offer an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The home has, pool & beach, toys & floats, as well as beach towels. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the days activities and children's toys and games for rainy days! The home also has 3 private decks/balconies to enjoy grilling, eating and lounging.

Amazing property!!

We spent 7 days with family. Home is beautiful and great location to the beach and pool. Loved the layout of the home. All bedrooms were on main floor with living, dining and kitchen upstairs. The beds were very comfortable and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Bring a beach wagon for all your beach stuff. It Will make the walk much easier. On a side note…make sure you eat at the old Florida Fish House. We loved it.

Beautiful place

Wonderful place to stay. Only disadvantage was the beach access across from house is private property so you have to walk down past the yellow flag. Not great when you have a big family and lots of stuff. Also there are tons of stairs. The place was beautiful and right across from the pool. Kitchen has everything you needed and more which was amazing!!

Wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be coming back! The house is beautiful and in a great area with an easy walk to the beach and everything you need is on hand at the house. Doug was super easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.

Great house…excellent value

We recently stayed at this home for our son’s spring break and we were very pleased. The home recently underwent a renovation and it turned out nicely. The location was fantastic and we were pleased it allowed golf cart rentals. Unfortunately Alys Beach and Rosemary preclude golf cart rentals. The community pool was extremely convenient being next to the home. We enjoyed the multiple balconies with the nice weather. We would definitely stay here again

Great Value

Great Value, super nice if you have kids 12 and under. House is closest house on block to the very nice clean pool. Owners supplied every amenity possible. We needed a bigger cooler and a pizza cutter for 8 days. That was it. Extraordinarily equipped. Plenty of bikes, chairs, whatever else. Property more than well kept. Wife didn’t want to leave, We will be back.

Why they chose this property

Eaves Safstrom LLC was formed a little over 3 years ago. Our first property was located in Prominence, about one mile west of our current vacation home. We enjoyed great success but wanted to offer our guests a more private, beach centric experience. When we found Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, we knew we had found our next opportunity. We are very excited to offer this property to our guests and hope you love it as much as we do!
