Charming Rosemary Beach is just two miles East, and Seaside Beach is five miles West of Magnolia by flat, paved pathway making them accessible on foot or bike. The first floor is the main living area and also has two bedrooms. There is a guest suite with a queen size bed and a beautiful en suite complete with two sinks and a walk in shower. Guest room has flat-screen TV/DVD combination unit. The bunk room is on the first floor as well, complete with two twin over twin bunks, sleeping a total of 4. Bunk room has flat-screen TV/DVD player. There is a hall bathroom across from the bunk room complete with a single sink and tub/shower combo. Upstairs is the master suite and private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en suite is complete with two sinks and walk in shower. The balcony has two lounge chairs for optimal relaxation! Master suite has a flat screen TV with Roku.
Rinse off the sugar-white sand in the outside shower located near the side entrance then grill up a dinner on the grill outside! Launder your clothes and beach towels in the high capacity, high-efficiency washer, and dryer located on the 1st floor. Share beach toys and chairs from the deck box on the front porch. Enjoy the beach breeze on the porch and listen to your favorite tunes using the Bluetooth speaker! Settle in at the beach with a drink cooler and beach bags, blankets, and towels stored in the laundry for your convenience. 2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property.
4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Pet Friendly with non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax (2 pets MAX)
