situation inadmissible

La maison était conforme à nos attentes. La position plus loin de la plage que ne le disait l'annonce. Il était dit 12 minutes à pied or il y avait 2km1/2 soit 30 minutes à 5 km/h. le déplacement c'est donc avéré impossible à pied avec de jeunes enfants. Le vrai point noir a été l'état de sortie. Le RV avait été fixé avec le concierge dès le jour d'entrée à 10h le jour de sortie. le concierge a confirmé par SMS la veille du départ et un SMS retour lui a été transmis par les locataires dans les 5 minutes pour confirmer son RV de 10h. Le jour J 10h pas de concierge 10h15 aucune information et concierge injoignable au téléphone 10h30 idem d'où un SMS des locataires. SMS qui restera sans réponse 10h50 les locataires appellent la centrale de conciergerie qui ne répond pas 10h55 les locataires appellent la centrale de réservation qui répond, elle indique qu'elle s'occupe du problème et rappelle les locataires dans les 10 minutes 11h25 sans appel de la centrale, les locataires la rappelle. Réponse : le concierge avait consigne de vous joindre au téléphone. Sauf qu'il ne l'a pas fait il ne le fera que 5 minutes plus tard pour dire qu'il est en route et arrivera dans un quart d'heure. Il arrive effectivement à 11h45 au lieu de 10h prévu. Tout le monde peut avoir un contre temps mais il est totalement inadmissible et impoli que le concierge n'ait pas pris contact dès les 10h passé pour voir comment le retard pouvait être géré sans trop pénaliser les locataires. SITUATION INADMISSIBL

L’équipe sur place a su faire face à quelques déboires d’intendance. La location est bien à part quelques négligences dans le matériel de cuisine, propreté d’un oreiller, meublé abîmé. Mais l’équipe est efficace et agréable.
