With an open floor plan, locally inspired decor and modern chef’s kitchen, this spacious home is a welcoming abode after a day of eating, vintage shopping, and bar hopping.

With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Perfect!

Business associates working downtown so the location was perfect. All amenities we needed were provided. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Short title

It was extremely spacious and in a perfect spot right across from Kroger, and not far from Broadway or the farmers market. Just a few issues in which I had reached out to owners about and never really heard back about. First, the rug in the bottom level bedroom, by the front entrance, had a pretty big stain on it. Getting in and out of bed, I had to constantly put on and take off sandals because I did not know what it was and I did not want to step in it with my bare feet. I had to constantly wear sandals around the entire house because there was just random debris all over the floor. A vacuum will get that up rather than a broom (just a suggestion). Second, there was some pretty bad stains in the fridge that smelt terrible. Third, the oven would not work, despite following the given instructions, and repeating the steps several times. I had food to cook as well as food that needed to be kept warm, but could not do either. The third problem was the only issue that someone reached out about having someone to come and take a look at it. I refused to have it serviced at that time because we were currently not at the house and I couldn't give a good/reasonable suggested time in which we would be back, so I responded staying that it was fine, and that I would improvise. All in all the house served it's purpose, so I can't really complain. I actually enjoyed my stay there despite the minor inconveniences.

Nice and spacious place. Needs more carpets to keep the loudness down. The downstairs has no heat and yo have to use the portable one in the closet. It was vey loud. Sound traveled all over the 3 levels. Had fun with our family but would think twice about staying there again.

Excellent rental choice

Property is close to downtown, clean & super comfy beds & pillows. Easy check-in process. Some sketchy people in the area but truly, we had no issues. Would stay there again!

An amazing place to stay! Close to everything! So clean and very spacious

We stayed for my friends bachelorette party and it was so close to downtown either a fast Uber ride or take the scooters for a ride!! It was so spacious plenty of beds for us all! Right next to a grocery store, liquor store, and the Germantown Pub which was great for a night when we decided to stay in! We had fast responses from the management company which made our stay that much better!

Wonderful stay

Check-in was simple with the AvanStay app. The property was clean and exactly like the pics. It is about a 30min walk to Broadway St or a $12/10min Uber. The Germantown area is very nice and has its own entertainment and dining to offer. It was great having a garage to park a vehicle in. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place

We were about 1 mile from downtown. Xl Uber ride was usually only $12 to get to the arena. Very clean and the beds were great. Would stay there again.
