It is the perfect family chalet that allows each family member to have their own sleeping space. It is conveniently located on a good main road where mature trees insulate you from all angles, offering so much privacy, just 2 miles to downtown Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountain National Park &less than a mile to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort.

The living area has a 55" TV, DVD player, movie library, comfy couch, recliner & futon w/ NEW memory bedding, and game table w/ 4 padded stools for board games & ceiling fan. There are many board games for adults & kids in this chalet.

There is a landline phone in this chalet for anyone worried about not having a signal in the mountains from their cell phone.

The kitchen has all NEW appliances, a 6-person bar-high table w/stools, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pot & pans, George Forman grill, slow-cooker, large electric skillet, blender, 4-slice toaster, blender, coffee maker & Keurig. There is a NEW stackable washer & dryer in the hall. of this awesome chalet.

The MAIN-LEVEL master bedroom has a king bed, memory foam mattress, NEW 32' TV, DVD player, 2 ceiling fans, chest & closet.

The MAIN-LEVE; bath has a tub/shower combo with a regular & hand-held shower

The private 2nd bedroom is on the UPPER-LEVEL & has 2 twin beds w/memory foam mattresses.& ceiling fan. This bedroom opens onto a small private deck w/ 2 chairs.

The half bath is located between the bedroom & game room & has a large closet directly across from that bath.

The loft game room has many board games, a table & 2 chairs & a futon with/ memory foam bedding.

The huge MAIN-LEVEL deck has a 4-person-hot-tub, table & chairs for dining, a porch swing & rocker & a gas grill. There is a small table & 2 chairs under the covered portion of the deck for morning coffee. And, more chairs for relaxing on the other end of the deck. The deck wraps around 3 sides of this chalet & has 2 different gates separating different parts of the deck to keep pets & kids safe.

This wonderful chalet sits high & is tucked back in the woods for privacy & overlooks an ever-running creek right in the front yard. where kids & pets love to play. Soothing sounds of water rushing over rocks can be constantly heard from the chalet 24/7. The flat driveway right off the main road will park several vehicles right at the deck steps.

To avoid driving in traffic, drive less than a mile to Ober Gatlinburg on the same road & take the glassed-in Ober Aerial Tram to downtown Gatlinburg for magnificent bird's eye views. It holds 120 people & leaves every 20 minutes from early until late daily, such fun & convenient to avoid any traffic! There are trollies in Gatlinburg that will take you to Pigeon Forge, the Arts & Crafts area, and many more parts of the area.

You will love the privacy & convenience of being right off easy-to-travel main roads & just minutes from all the activities, shopping, restaurants & events in Gatlinburg.

As a bonus to this location, there is a neighborhood market & deli, less than a half mile away where you can buy groceries, burgers, pizza, beer & beverages or have them delivered right to the door.

There are 2 ways to go to Buddy's Creekside Bear Camp from Pigeon Forge. 1st way is to miss all of the downtown traffic & view the beautiful scenery of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park by way of Gatlinburg Bypass. The 2nd route is where you can view all the sights of downtown Gatlinburg. All roads going there are good-paved-wide maintained main roads.

1319 S Baden Drive features a 58,000-gal swimming pool w/sections from 1 ft–9 ft, 1 kiddie pool, 2 tennis courts open year-round, basketball, shuffleboard, foosball, pool tables, board games, horseshoes & an amazing kid’s play-land enclosure for children 12 & under, bathroom w/showers, work-out room.

#2 North Clubhouse...open Friday - Sunday
On the corner of Wiley Oakley & Village Loop (1151 Upper Alpine Rd) there are 3 swimming pools, 1 is 20'x40', 3'-9' deep. Others are a 20'x40' lap pool, a 3'-4' deep & kiddie pool, 2 year-round tennis courts, a workout room, a playground, a paved walking trail, a ping pong table, foosball, & yard games. The North clubhouse also has a private banquet room available for family gatherings, meetings, wedding receptions & events!

#3 Upper Alpine Clubhouse...open Friday - Monday
On Upper Alpine Road, a mile off Ski Mountain Road, 20x40 pool, 3'-8 1/2' deep, pool decks, plenty of shade & sunshine, ski slopes view. A wading pool just deep enough for little ones w/ a cascading rain-drop umbrella & a kid's playground add to the fun. A workout room, game room w/ pool table, foosball, game table for chess, checkers & other board games.

Chalet Village Owner's Clubs are private facilities established to offer many benefits exclusive to property owners & their vacation rental guests. Your provided pass will be hanging by the front door just inside the cabin to present when entering these facilities. Facilities are OPEN 9 AM to 9 PM FROM MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY. South Baden pool will remain open daily into September if usage & weather permitting.
