Located in Seagrove Beach, this well appointed beach-chic condo is ready to welcome you with a view of the pool and the Ocean from your Massive balcony. 106A is one of the largest floorplans in the development.

This condo is in one of the most exclusive areas of 30A, close to Seaside, Seagrove, The Hub, and Rosemary Beach. It is the perfect location to be near all the fun without being in all of the crowds.

This beautiful condo was just renovated with brand new LVT flooring throughout, new paint, furniture and decor. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and a cherished view of the ocean.

Dunes of Seagrove features one of the largest pools in any condo, its fantastic and seasonally heated. The resort also has tennis courts and a fitness center for the exclusive benefit of the renters.

Unit 106A is one of the few units in Dunes with deeded, permanent covered parking under the unit for one vehicle. Additional vehicle can be parked in the general parking area.

Great location

Overall we really enjoyed the property and loved the location and view of the water from the large balcony. There are some basic amenities that we felt were missing that should be standard in a short-term rental (as we own one also). There are no hangers in master closet and I don't know anyone that travels with hangers, no hairdryer, & no broom. Pans and cooking utensils could stand to be replaced also. The glass coffee carafe was broken at the spout and also needs to be replaced.

Our week at the beach

We loved the location and decor. The bed set up was perfect for our group. The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as other places we have stayed. There wasn’t a can opener and an electric kettle would have been useful, too. Skillets were in terrible condition and the only sharp knives were steak knives. Access to a broom, dustpan, and mop would have been helpful as the floors were dirty when we arrived. Pot holders would have been helpful as well. The sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t lock, so we went out and purchased a dowel and had it cut to size so that we would feel more secure in the first floor apartment.

Ideal location but in need of upgrades

Ideal location for beach access and ocean view from balcony. Beds, linens, towels, appliances in good condition. Had to buy plastic solo cups for kids to drink from because no plastic cups or water glasses. Not enough bowls for a family of four, let alone six guests. Not a single cutting knife, so had to try to use steak knives to prepare meals, pretty embarrassing for the amount of rent charged. Overall, just a couple hundred dollars in upgrades for new dishes, glasses and cutlery would go a long way to improving this rental.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our annual family trip to the beach was enhanced by our stay at this property. The grandchildren loved using the pool and we were only a short walk from the beach with easy access. But be aware that there was no beach service for beach chairs at this time of year, so bring your own chairs in the fall! The unit was roomy and had the amenities we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We really enjoyed the roomy balcony and the roomy bathrooms. The beach was only partially visable because of a large sand dune that blocked the view. Overall, we would return to this unit.
