This log cottage by the small Lake Ylä-Valkeinen in Välikoski area in Sotkamo was completed in 1993. Floor area 120 m². Combined living room & kitchen, with sofa bed for 1-2 person, loft with two bedrooms, both with 2 beds + sofa bed for 1-2 persons. Sauna (electric heating), washroom, dressing rom, toilet. Porch.
Camp fire place. Charcoal grill on the terrace (guest brings charcoal and ignition fluid).
Air source heat pump.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-04-15 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-04-15 - 2027-05-01)
Interhome plants 100'000 m2 of flowering fields to save the bees
