Apt in Lyon - close center and transports

We welcome you in this apartment thought so that the professionals and the tourists can spend a stay in all peace with all the necessary comfort. You can enjoy the lively life of the Guillotiere district while staying in the calm. The apartment is 32m2 and welcomes you in a friendly and warm space, so you will not be cramped whether you are 2 or 4.

It is composed of a beautiful bedroom with a large storage closet and an adjoining bathroom. Ironing facilities (iron, ironing board) are available.
A double sofa bed is in the living room with a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is in another room and has an oven, a stove, a refrigerator-freezer, kitchen utensils, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster...).

You will have at your disposal sheets, towels, soap, some coffee capsules and tea.

The second floor

We are GuestReady Concierge and we will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are available 24/7 if you have any questions during your stay. Please note that this is a private owner's home: please take care of it as if it were your own!

- Two metro lines (B and D) La Part-Dieu is also the departure point for the Rhonexpress shuttle to Saint-Exupéry airport.

- The nearest train station is Place Guichard (metro B) which is only a 4 minute walk away.

- The third arrondissement also has a train station, Part-Dieu, which welcomes more than 130,000 people every day. It provides a link between Lyon and the rest of the country, notably Paris (two hours away by TGV), as well as Europe with the Eurostar to London.

- Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport is located 30 minutes from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can enter the apartment. You can check in at any time of the day, as long as you meet the standard check-in time (2pm on the day).

If you require additional cleaning/linens during your stay (at an additional cost), we can be contacted to accommodate your request. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts etc...), we reserve the right to demand a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
