The open-plan living room/kitchen features a smart TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day exploring the city. The area features large windows that let in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment should you need it.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The quirky 7th arrondissement is filled with students from the Université Lumière Lyon 2. The Halle Tony Garnier concert hall stages big-name bands, and funky art galleries sit alongside hip dance clubs. Jail cells are on show at the Resistance and Deportation History Centre, found in the former Gestapo HQ. Rugby games take place at the Matmut Stadium in Parc de Gerland, and cyclists pedal the River Rhône boardwalk.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Jean Macé Metro Station: 4 minutes walk.

Pest are not permited in the apartment!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 14:00, pending availability and confirmation.

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
